00:06And we're thinking about hundreds of thousands of people.
00:10And right now for MSF, for the humanitarian workers on the ground, for people to actually get help to these people who are missing, who are displaced, who are going through an extremely traumatic time.
00:23How dangerous is it for the aid workers?
00:25So it's true that the security is really at stake.
00:30It's a stake for the humanitarian workers.
00:33So MSF, we have 500 staff only in the city of Tawila.
00:39This is more than a few thousand staff that we have across Sudan.
00:43And every road needs to be negotiated with the warring parties.
00:47But referring to security, the biggest problem is really for the civil population who are trying to reach health care.
00:57Currently, the country is devastated.
01:00And half of the health structure is affected by the two-year conflict.
01:07So really, the security is a problem for humanitarian, but as well for the population, for them to be capable to reach the health structure.
01:15Another problem is that the city of El Fasher was besieged for more than 500 days.
01:21And the question of the malnutrition, today the people coming, we are witnessing malnutrition amongst adults, which is one of the key indicators in famine-like situations.
01:33So when you start to see malnutrition amongst adults, this is really the symbol of a real medical disaster.
