00:00So we talk about the situation in Sudan and how difficult it is and the fighting that's going on.

00:07Do you think enough has been done by the world to help the situation in Sudan

00:13and maybe try to broker some kind of ceasefire deal?

00:17The ceasefire deal or any deal that comes through is up to the RSF commanders and the SAF commander.

00:27And the Sudanese armed forces offered and negotiated a deal before that.

00:39But the RSF commanders did not hold to it.

00:43Now, there is something in the works at the moment and Saudi Arabia, the U.S. are involved in it.

00:52But the likelihood of a peace deal coming out of this is very slim.

00:58As per what Ibrahim Jabber, the Sovereignty Council member, stated on an interview with Al-Arabiya the day before yesterday.
