00:00Hello on the Tuning Blog channel.
00:03Today I have another little gadget for your vehicle that I want to introduce to you,
00:08namely the very latest one from AutoCast.
00:11There are older models available, but this is the very latest 2025-2026 model, the AutoCast Mini.
00:22This is a wireless or WLAN adapter that can be used to convert wired vehicles with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
00:30So you don't have to plug in that annoying cable every time.
00:37It works for both CarPlay and Android Auto.
00:41It's not a given, not many people can do it.
00:45It takes about 5, 6, 7 seconds after starting.
00:51Once it's set up, it connects to the vehicle and you can use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as normal,
00:56just like you've always known it, but without the annoying cable connection.
01:03Compatibility is stated with over 800 vehicles, I believe that,
01:07and iOS 10 and Android 11 are supported, everything above that.
01:11Yes, it's also important to know what will continue to work.
01:16The voice assistants, i.e. Siri, Google Assistant, that will continue to work,
01:21and the steering wheel buttons will continue to work,
01:24so all the original controls from Berg will of course still be available.
01:29Included here are two adapters.
01:30This is a USB-C and then, I don't think that's bad at all, an angled USB.
01:38There are also many vehicles where you can't just plug it in here, but need an angle or something.
01:43If necessary, you could also extend it with a cable.
01:46Of course that's also possible, but yes, these two things are already included.
01:51Then there's a small instruction manual, but it's actually all self-explanatory.
01:54You won't even need it, the thing is about 5 cm tall, so really small.
02:01It can also be updated, there are regular updates,
02:04so you can always take it out of the vehicle and plug it into the computer,
02:07do an update, and then put it back in.
02:09There are certainly improvements every now and then.
02:12And yes, that's it.
02:14Plug and play, and I'll show you again in the vehicle how it works.
02:19Very simple and yeah, let's go.
02:21Here we go, in this case, in the vehicle with an adapter.
02:27Just plug it in and when that's done.
02:29So this is Apple CarPlay, right?
02:33When that's done, the screen starts automatically and then you take your iPhone,
02:38uh, uh, Bluetooth and search.
02:43Activate it for the first pairing.
02:45It doesn't take long, 2 or 3 seconds, then this appears.
02:51In this case, the third one from the top, then confirm this pairing code and confirm it again
02:59and it's done in no time.
03:02Then you have your screen as usual and it's saved.
03:07So of course you don't have to pair it again every time and the same with Android Auto.
03:11Here again, go to the Bluetooth area, search for the device, connect for the first time,
03:20confirm the pairing code here too, and then the screen starts immediately and you have
03:25all the functions as you know them, you can continue to use them, but you no longer have
03:29to connect this annoying cable.
03:34Exactly.
03:35It takes a little longer than with CarPlay, but it's there straight away nonetheless.
03:40And that's it.
03:41All functions are available.
03:43So, as always, we have written an article on our blog.
03:46Just read it.
03:47It's in the article description at the bottom, also at the top right under the small I.
03:51You should find the link to it.
03:53As always, we also have a discount code for you.
03:55This is also linked both in the blog and here in the article description on YouTube.
04:00And yeah, that's it.
04:03So, if this helped you, if you were also looking for something like this and this is exactly
04:08the right thing for you, then order one of these and maybe write in the comments when
04:12you receive it whether it worked as planned.
04:14Otherwise, there is a classic return policy here.
04:17You can send it back at any time, but I think there shouldn't be any problems.
04:21J, okay, if the video helped you, please leave a subscription and I'll say and
04:25until the next video.
04:26Bye.
04:30For more videos, just subscribe.
