Der Ferrari Daytona SP3 „599+1“ hat bei der Monterey Car Week 2025 für einen historischen Moment gesorgt. Das Einzelstück, entworfen von Ferraris Tailor Made-Abteilung, überzeugt mit einem mutigen Design, das ein riesiges Ferrari-Logo in Giallo Modena mit Karbonschwarz und Gelb kombiniert.

Angetrieben wird der Supersportwagen von einem 6,5-Liter-V12-Saugmotor mit 840 PS. Er beschleunigt in nur 2,8 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h und setzt mit innovativen Materialien im Innenraum neue Maßstäbe.

Bei der Auktion von RM Sotheby’s wurde das Fahrzeug für unglaubliche 26 Mio. US-Dollar versteigert – umgerechnet rund 24 Mio. Euro. Der gesamte Erlös geht an die Ferrari Foundation und Save the Children, um den Wiederaufbau einer Schule in Kalifornien zu unterstützen.

00:24exclusive tailor-made department in Marinello for a charity and is a statement on wheels.

00:30The design breaks with almost 100 years of tradition. A huge Ferrari logo in Jallo Modena

00:38extends across the entire body, combined with a paint job in carbon black and bright yellow.

00:45A real eye-catcher that looks both provocative and elegant. Under the hood is a high-revving 12-cylinder

00:51naturally aspirated engine with a displacement of 6.0 liters, which catapults the super sports car

00:57to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.8 seconds with an impressive 840 horsepower. The inspiration

01:05for the vehicle comes from the legendary Ferrari racing prototypes of the 60s, with state-of-the-art

01:11technologies also finding their way into the interior. There, you can find futuristic materials

01:18such as textiles made from recycled tires and Formula One carbon, which not only give the vehicle an

01:24avant-garde look, but also a sustainable touch. But what really gave us goosebumps was the moment when

01:31Irm Southebast auctioned it off. Within a few seconds, the bid skyrocketed from 5 million dollars to an

01:38incredible 26 million dollars, or around 22.3 million euros.

01:46This set a record price for a modern Ferrari at an auction.

01:52Even Ferrari's head of design, Flavio Manzoni, couldn't contain his emotions and summed it up with a simple,

01:59I'm speechless. However, there is more to this spectacular sale than just a passion for automotive luxury.

02:08All proceeds will go to the Ferrari Foundation and save the children,

02:12in particular to the reconstruction of the Aston Charter School in Alternate, California,

02:16which was destroyed by fire. A noble cause that makes this historic moment even more meaningful.
