Der neue Yamaha Tricity 125 ist da und ergänzt die bekannte Tricity-Reihe um eine kompakte Variante für den Stadtverkehr. Mit dem bewährten Leaning Multi Wheel-System, einem 125 cm³ Motor, Start-Stopp-Technologie und optionalem ABS bietet der Roller solide Technik für Einsteiger und Pendler.

Optisch stark am Tricity 300 orientiert, kommt der Tricity 125 mit neuem 4,2-Zoll-TFT-Display, USB-C-Anschluss und in drei Farben: Zen Green, Milky White und Matt Grey. Ein Preis wurde noch nicht genannt, aber unterhalb der 9.700 € des Tricity 300 dürfte er auf jeden Fall liegen.

00:04Today, we're all about the new Yamaha Tresiti 125,
00:08which expands the Japanese manufacturer's three-wheeler portfolio
00:11as a smaller alternative to the well-known Tresiti 300.
00:14Three wheels instead of two.
00:17An idea that is ideal for many city commuters,
00:19especially those who find it a bit more difficult to get around with traditional two-wheelers.
00:24In a segment that offers few options, every new release is an exciting moment.
00:30This is also the case with this new model.
00:33Yamaha is one of the few major manufacturers that currently offers three-wheelers at all,
00:38even if they are not comparable to models like the Polaris Slingshot.
00:43Instead, Yamaha is pursuing the leaning multi-wheel concept.
00:48A scooter with a single rear wheel and two front wheels
00:51that are positioned close together and provide more stability in city traffic.
00:54The Tresiti series currently forms the backbone of the concept in Europe
01:01and with the introduction of the Tresiti 125,
01:05this has now grown to include two models, the Tresiti 125 and the Tresiti 300.
01:10The new Tresiti 125 has been visually revised and now looks more like its big brother, the 300.
01:17The shorter front and rear sections, the wheel arch visible above the rear wheel
01:21and the striking LEDs arranged one above the other,
01:24which form the typical Yul motif, or striking.
01:29The technical features have also been improved.
01:32A new 4.2-inch TFT display allows navigation in conjunction with a smartphone
01:37and a USB Type-C port is now also on board.
01:41The compact city runabout is powered by a 125cc liquid-cooled four-stroke blue Coray engine
01:47with automatic start-stop.
01:50The unified brake system, which automatically distributes the braking force to both disc brakes,
01:56ensures safety.
01:57The scooter is also available in a version with an anti-lock braking system.
02:01The Yamaha Tresiti 125 is set to be available in Europe from summer this year in two versions,
02:08standard and ABS.
02:09There are three colors to choose from,
02:12Sen Green, Milky White, and Matte Gray.
02:15Yamaha has not yet provided any official pricing information.
02:19Interested parties should contact their local dealer.
02:22For comparison, the Tresiti 300 currently sells for around €9,700.
02:27The new 125 should therefore be somewhat cheaper given its lower performance.
