Russian Ambassador: Ukraine is definitely losing ground

Russian Ambassador to the UK, Andrey Kelin, asserts that Russia is winning the war and “Ukraine is definitely losing ground”. He says, “We anticipate that in the coming weeks it will be even worse for the Ukrainian troops to keep ground and not retreat.”
