Russian Ambassador to the UK, Andrey Kelin, suggests peace can be achieved in Ukraine through “an overall agreement”. According to Kelin, “we do not put on a ceasefire because a ceasefire will bring nothing”.  Report by Ajagbef. 00:00I have no doubt that we can do peace, but this peace should be well prepared.

00:11We need an overall agreement which will resolve problems once and forever.

00:16Security problems in Europe, guarantees, security guarantees for Ukraine, for Russia, absolutely, for everybody over there.

00:23For this we need a good preparation meetings, a lot of meetings perhaps.

00:27So far we do not see neither that there is a plan in Ukraine or European allies here or in London,

00:35that they do have a prepared plan, like in Gaza for instance, which was around 20 points prepared plan before a summit meeting.
