Der Fiat Grande Panda 4x4 kommt – und das mit ordentlich Offroad-Charme. Fiat zeigt erste Bilder eines neuen Konzeptautos, das eine moderne Allradversion des Kult-Kletterers darstellt. Der Kleine wirkt größer, robuster und technisch moderner.

Angetrieben von einem Benziner vorn und einem Elektromotor hinten, könnte der Grande Panda 4x4 als Hybrid tatsächlich in Serie gehen. Mit höhergelegtem Fahrwerk, grobstolligen Reifen und durchdachten Details deutet viel darauf hin, dass es kein reines Showcar bleibt.

00:04Today, it's all about the Fiat Grande Panda 4x4 Concept,
00:08the exciting off-road version of the popular city runabout.
00:13Fiat has now released the first images of the concept vehicle
00:16and the chances of series production are more than good.
00:19The term, legend, is often overused.
00:22But in the case of the Panda 4x4, it is more than justified.
00:26For decades, the little climbing bear has been tirelessly climbing unpaved mountain paths,
00:31especially in its Italian homeland, where it has long since achieved cult status.
00:36With the Grande Panda 4x4, Fiat now wants to continue this legacy in a modern way.
00:43The current teaser images show a robust SUV look that clearly stands out
00:47from previous generations of the Panda 4x4.
00:52Particularly striking are the underbody protection integrated into the front apron,
00:56a robust roof rack with LED auxiliary headlights and a clearly visible spare wheel mounted on the roof.
01:03These details underline the model's off-road ambitions.
01:07The bodywork is also decidedly rustic.
01:12Wide plastic cladding on the wheel arches and a door panel with stylized Pender lettering create a robust look.
01:18The apparently significantly increased ground clearance indicates a raised chassis,
01:25which not only ensures better off-road capability, but also allows for larger tire formats.
