00:19The Sandpiper 40 Duplex is part of the Loft series of Sandpiper Destination Trailers
00:24and was specifically developed for permanent living in a fixed location.
00:27Accordingly, it offers a variety of living functions,
00:32spacious rooms and well-thought-out solutions for everyday life,
00:35the likes of which you would otherwise only expect from a real house.
00:39This model's steel.
00:42It's a true duplex, i.e. a two-story concept with twice the amenities.
00:47Two large bedrooms, two spacious lofts, two bathrooms.
00:52Everything is designed to create both retreats and communal area.
00:55It's a vacuum-sealed aluminum frame with upgraded GRP cladding,
00:59a walkable roof, and large panoramic windows.
01:04Access is either through the kitchen door or the large sliding glass door,
01:08which leads directly into the hallway in one of the bedrooms.
01:12Inside, the open-plan concept combines the kitchen, dining, and living room,
01:17with each area being functionally well-designed.
01:19The kitchen features a spacious island with a large sink and expandable work surface,
01:25high-quality waterfall cabinetry, and plenty of storage space and soft-close cabinets.
01:31The equipment includes a large 12-volt double-door refrigerator with a freezer drawer,
01:37a Furioncon microwave oven, and a classic stove with three cooktops.
01:41As a clever extra, a Murphy pantry, an unobtrusive storage area, is hidden behind the TV wall.
01:49Directly adjacent is another cabinet with deep shelves.
01:53The living area itself is arranged around the entertainment wall with a 50-inch smart TV,
01:58Jabel soundbar, and electric fireplace.
02:00A Thomas Paine Collection relaxation armchair and a free-standing four-person dining table,
02:07available with either four chairs or two chairs plus a bench, complete the ensemble.
02:12Both sides of the trailer have a loft, one of which is larger and both are accessible via a round,
02:17one-piece steel staircase.
02:19Together they offer space for three children, storage space in real cupboards, a window,
02:24preparation for a TV, and a fully integrated air conditioning system.
02:28The permissible total weight is approximately 7 tons.
02:32The payload is around 1.3 tons.
02:35The fresh water capacity is approximately 190 liters,
02:39gray water 590 liters, and black water around 400 liters.
02:44All of this is housed in heated tanks, as is the fully insulated and heated underbody.
02:53Standard features include an electric awning with LED lighting,
02:56job exterior speakers, tinted patio glass, handcrafted cabinetry,
03:01hydraulic slide-outs with a level floor,
03:04two powerful ducted air conditioners,
03:06a tankless water heater, and a BTU heater.

03:14a max air vent with a rain sensor,
03:16a central vacuum,
03:18a washer and dryer in the powder room,
03:20slide-out awnings,
03:21and two different interior color themes.
03:23The list price for the 2025 model is around 800 euros.
03:31However, at the 2025 DFW RV party,
03:35the largest RV show in Texas,
03:37the model was presented for a show price of around 616 euros.
