Der Alliance Avenue All-Access 23ML aus dem Modelljahr 2025 bringt frischen Wind in die Kategorie der kompakten Fifth-Wheel-Wohnwagen. Mit nur 8,2 m Länge, 4.800 kg zulässigem Gesamtgewicht und cleverer Raumaufteilung bietet er alles, was man für komfortable Reisen oder sogar das dauerhafte Leben unterwegs braucht.

Highlights sind unter anderem ein großer Wohnbereich mit Slide-Out, ein 280-l-Kühlschrank, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Outdoor-Kochstelle, ein überraschend geräumiges Bad mit Glasduschkabine und ein Schlafzimmer mit Waschmaschinen-Vorbereitung. Die Tanks mit 170 l Frischwasser, 400 l Grauwasser und 200 l Schwarzwasser machen ihn fit für längere Trips.

00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today we're talking about the new Avenue All Access 23m FTHWEL Caravan from the 2025 model year,
00:10which, according to Manufacturer Alliance RV, combines the best of both worlds, luxury and accessibility.
00:17The Avenue All Access 23ml is the most compact member of the Avenue series and therefore also the lightest.
00:24This makes it particularly interesting for families who don't want or can't buy an additional towing vehicle.
00:31Alliance describes it as half-ton friendly, as its permissible gross vehicle weight is around four and a half tons.
00:38With an overall length of just 8.2 meters, it remains easy to maneuver,
00:43but thanks to the so-called wide-body construction and well-thought-out interior layout,
00:47offers considerably more spaciousness than its exterior dimensions would suggest.
00:52The vehicle stands on two axles and is based on a particularly stable chassis.
00:57The side walls are made of a doctor's aid composite material.
01:01The roof is fully walkable and coated with PVC, and the interior does not have any carpet at all,
01:07which is not only easier to clean but also pet-friendly.
01:10The new line, designed for the 2025 model, brings a brighter, more modern look and makes the interior feel larger without sacrificing durability.
01:21Despite its compact size, the 23 medium offers space for up to three adults or two adults with two children.
01:32The front bedroom features a fixed green-size bed, while the dick converts into an additional bed.
01:37The seating area has a classic layout, two benches opposite each other, with a table in the middle that can be lowered.
01:46Above is a 50-inch smart TV, which is opposite a comfortable three-seater sofa with cup holders.
01:53This can also be used as a theater seating area with a center console.
01:57An additional area has been integrated to the side of the lounge area as a coffee station and expanded pantry.
02:06The actual pantry has adjustable shelves, power outlets, and motion sensor lights, making it convenient for daily use.
02:13The kitchen is located at the rear of the vehicle and is equipped with a 280-liter refrigerator with a freezer compartment,
02:23a four-burner stow top with an oven, a household-sized microwave with a convection function,
02:28and numerous cabinets with soft close fittings.
02:34For outdoor cooking, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and small refrigerator on the opposite side of the campsite
02:41The bathroom, accessible via a few steps up to the front, is surprisingly large.
02:52A walk-in, one-piece shower with a glass door, a porcelain-foot flushing toilet, a sink with a vanity unit,
02:59and a separate linen closet create plenty of comfort in a small space.
03:05In the adjoining bedroom, next to the queen-size bed, there are bedside tables with storage compartments,
03:10wall cabinets above the headboard, and a large storage compartment under the bed.
03:17At the foot of the bed, there is a wardrobe with a hanging rail,
03:20the lower shelves of which can be removed to make room for a washing machine and dryer.
03:26The necessary connections are already prepared as standard.
03:31Standard equipment also includes electric automatic leveling,
03:35a 3,500 BTU air conditioning system, large windows in the sliding wall with an atrium opening,
03:42and generously-sized water tanks.
03:44Approximately 170 liters of fresh water, around 400 liters of gray water, and approximately 200 liters of
03:52wastewater allow for even longer trips without the need for constant connections.
03:57A second air conditioning unit of the same output can be optionally added for the bedroom.
04:03Other options include an S-area with a free-standing table and a premium package that includes,
04:09among other things, a 200-watt solar panel and inverter preparation.
04:15Even though Aliens calls this model luxury, it should be seen in context.
04:19This isn't a luxury model costing more than $100,000, but rather a vehicle that starts in the range of
04:27approximately 606,000 euros, depending on the equipment and dealer.
04:34In return, however, you get more quality and comfort than with many cheaper competitors,
04:38thanks to homely furniture, soft close hinges, and thoughtful details like motion sensor lighting
04:44and power sockets in the right places.
04:46Aliens describes the Avenue All Access 23 milliliters as thoughtfully constructed to offer comfort,
04:54functionality, and an upscale travel experience.
04:58You could also say it's a true space miracle on wheels, proving that you don't have to sacrifice
05:03comfort even in a compact space. It's ideal for longer vacations or even permanent living on the road.
