00:11And as you can see, it's a power station, but that's not really what this is about.
00:15But it's about both devices, let's say, from the manufacturer Blue Eddy.
00:20But we've already had a few such power stations.
00:24I'll link them to you in the upper right corner with the little eye.
00:27You can take a look, there are various experience reports about what we've done with them in the last few years.
00:33This is the AC Zero, but that's not really the topic, because we're talking about something new.
00:42The Blue Eddy Charger 1.
00:44In combination with this, it's a really, really cool way to effectively charge the power station in the vehicle.
00:49And without the need for a, how should I say, tired inverter, right?
01:00Inverters are often limited in terms of wattage.
01:04I don't know, 100, 200 watts, whatever.
01:07And this thing here, um, it shoots out 560 watts and is super easy to connect.
01:17I think that's really cool, especially for camping.
01:23Um, you can, um, I deliberately say can, you don't have to, but you can, um, permanently install it in the vehicle
01:29and you can connect the positive and negative cables to the vehicle battery in a foolproof way.
01:38Then there's a nice, big integrated fuse here.
01:43Which is actually from a household perspective, right?
01:47Super important for the vehicle on the one hand, and of course also for the devices on the other,
01:51so that they don't fly around in the event of any problems.
01:54The highlight of the charger is the ability to charge between 5 and 6 times faster than with a conventional inverter or car charger.
02:07Um, then another advantage of course, it looks a bit crazy here with the cables,
02:11but they are relatively long, which is why there are so many so that it can really be laid from A to B in the large camper van,
02:18from the vehicle battery to the charger and from there of course to the connection to the power station.
02:24By the way, it works with, I don't know, 80, 90, almost 100% of all other power stations because of the connection.
02:32So, it doesn't have to be one from Blue Eddy.
02:35We also know these connections here from various solar panels and so on and so forth.
02:40Um, it also fits with other manufacturers and of course with all or almost all blue devices, right?
02:46That's clear.
02:47Um, as I said, connect it to the vehicle battery, then these two cables to the charger and then finally plug it in here and that's it.
02:58Then of course the engine should be running, so it's best if you charge it while driving.
03:03Let's say you're going on vacation, then it can stay plugged in, that's no problem.
03:06Um, of course it's less good if a device with 560 watts is connected to a vehicle where the engine is off.
03:13So, your vehicle battery will die relatively quickly.
03:16Um, yes, just a tip, you should definitely pay attention to that.
03:20Uh, the battery, sorry, the fuse, it has 60 amps, it protects against short circuits, overheating and so on and so forth.
03:28Uh, I'll show you what else it has.
03:31I'll connect it to the vehicle.
03:32It's not a camper, because it's winter, I don't have a camper here.
03:36Next year we'll have another one on fat Ducato buses, but more on that later in another video.
03:42Uh, I'll just connect it to the car, just to show you how it works.
03:46Whether it's a car or a camper doesn't really matter.
03:49Uh, yeah, otherwise, what else is there to say?
03:52The thing is flexible, super quick to assemble and disassemble.
03:55So it's not something permanent, that's already very cool.
04:01It can also be moved to other vehicles and yes, the 230 volt function of the inverter is bypassed here.
04:09It's not transferred up and down again and so on and so forth, but it goes in there and in here.
04:15That's actually the cooler option for me.
04:17I'll show you the app outside.
04:18You can control everything via an app, um, so you can also see the charging status and so on.
04:23Yes, it's been a relatively long time for 4 or 5 minutes, but I think you've already got the most important information.
04:31Um, as always, it's much more detailed on our blog.
04:34There's another extensive blog post about it.
04:36It also covers the technical data and also a little bit more about the AC.
04:41Uh, but as far as the description is concerned, it's about the charger.
04:45Take a look.
04:45There's a link in the article description below.
04:50Yeah, now I'm going to go out into the vehicle and um, um, show you it connected and yes, briefly show you how it works and that's it.
04:59So, and now we've plugged in this marvel of technology um.
05:03It's charging here now, the car runs at idling speed at 211 watts.
05:07Uh, here's the charger, then the fuse, and down here, yes, anyone can do it, right?
05:16Plus to plus, minus to minus, done.
05:18That's all it is.
05:20Of course, this isn't the most suitable car in a station wagon, but it's just meant to illustrate how the whole thing works.
05:26So, as I said, the cable is long enough.
05:29I could pull it through the entire vehicle here, pull it through the entire vehicle with a gap.
05:34That means it should also work wonderfully with a camper van, and yes, then you can charge your power station while driving, and that, I think it's cool.
05:44I hope you understood that now, well, I don't want to say.
05:47I hope that was enough information for you.
05:50Please read the blog post again and yes, if it helped you, please leave a subscription.
05:56Until the next video and I'll say ciao in advance.
