00:51For years, the Fabia has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a reliable everyday companion.
00:57But what Škoda is now bringing to the road goes way beyond that.
01:02The Fabia Rally 2 Limited Edition from Coheat Suarez is the most powerful Fabia ever to be put on the road.
01:09And Škoda is celebrating this with a Limited Edition of just 100 units.
01:15This special edition is a homage to the successes of racing driver Jose Antonio Suarez, who is also affectionately known as Coheat.
01:22With his titles in the 2021 and 2023 Spanish Super Rally Championship, he made a name for himself, and this name now appears on the most powerful Fabia of all time.
01:34The vehicle is powered by a 1.5-litre engine that, thanks to the help of Apt Sportsline, now produces a whopping 190hp.
01:44The special model has also seen a significant increase in torque.
01:48With 290Nm of torque, the Fabia Rally 2 pulls strongly.
01:52That's 40hp and 40Nm more than the standard version, ensuring plenty of driving fun.
02:00To get even closer to the racing feeling, the Fabia has been equipped with a sports suspension that lowers the car by 15mm.
02:08This sporty setup is perfectly rounded off by the black 17-inch Oz Racing Super Turismo WRC wheels and Michelin Pilot's Sport 5 tires.
02:20A real highlight is the Mamba Green paint job, which is normally reserved for the sporty RS models.
02:26Not only is it a real eye-catcher on the road, but also a homage to the racing car that Suarez and his co-driver Alberto Iglesias drive in the SCR.
02:38The Rally 2 impresses not only on the outside, but also on the inside.
02:43Sports seats with black upholstery, a three-spoke multifunction sports steering wheel with shift paddles, and a Rally 2 badge underscore its sporty credentials.
02:53A special detail is a type plate personally signed by Jose Antonio Suarez, indicating that it is limited to 100 vehicles.
03:03But as special as this model is, there is a catch.
03:07The Fabia Rally 2 is exclusively for the Spanish market.
03:12Anyone who wants to get their hands on one of the coveted 100 units will have to order it via the Škoda website in Spain or the dealer network there.
03:19The price is €30,900.
03:24Certainly not a bargain for such an exclusive and powerful compact car, but it's worth every cent.
