02:43But plaintiffs have not, and indeed cannot, assert any legal theory under which SNAP would

02:48be held accountable.

02:51These parents are going out there every day and re-traumatizing themselves.

02:55I will never see his face again or hear his laugh.

02:58If this can save even one person, it'll be worth it.
