00:06Today, we're all about the new Nissan N7 electric sedan, which was unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
00:13The vehicle is being developed in a joint venture between Nissan and the Chinese company Dongfeng and is based on a completely new electric platform.
00:22The market launch in China is planned for the first half of 2025, while sales in Europe are still open.
00:30However, this is not ruled out.
00:33Visually, the N7 features a modern design with frameless doors, concealed door handles and interactive LED lighting technology.
00:42The sleek silhouette and drag coefficient of just 0.28 ensure a particularly streamlined shape.
00:49With a length of around 5 meters, a width of 1.9 meters and a wheelbase of 2.9 meters, it enters the class of large sedans.
01:00In terms of technology, the Nissan N7 impresses with an AI-supported seating system that automatically adapts to the optimal body position thanks to 49 sensors.
01:08The driver assistance system was developed together with the Chinese developer Momenta and supports navigation functions for motorways and city traffic, among other things.
01:22Inside, the driver can expect an oval 2 spoke wheel, a large, free-floating touchscreen display and a digital instrument panel.
01:29There are also two retractable speakers in the center console as well as two wireless charging pads and cup holders.
01:37The Nissan N7 is powered by a single electric motor made in China.
01:42The basic model produces 219 horsepower, while the more powerful version offers 270 horsepower.
01:48The battery is based on LFP technology and comes from the Dongfeng-Tsunoda Joint Venture.
01:5617 and 19-inch wheels are available.
01:59In terms of price, the Nissan N7 is expected to be higher than the Dongfeng variant EPI-007,
02:05whose stubby drive model costs around 18,000 euros to 21,000 euros.
02:10The N7 itself is expected to cost around 22,000 euros to 25,000 euros.
02:18The Nissan N7 will only be available in China.
