00:03Everybody here at XTU, MMR, Ben FM, MGK, The Fanatic, because we lost a Philadelphia institution.
00:13Pierre Robert passed away yesterday.
00:16And I just want to read to you what our cluster manager and vice president, Paul Blake, had written.
00:23Because I feel like he really summed up Pierre in a beautiful way.
00:28He said,
00:29It's with a heavy heart I share the news of the passing of our colleague and friend Pierre Robert of WMMR.
00:35Pierre wasn't just a DJ.
00:37He was a Philadelphia institution, a true icon of our station, and an amazing human who made everyone feel heard, seen, and valued.
00:49And I didn't know Pierre well, but saw him every day.
00:52Every day.
00:53Every day.
00:54He always had something kind to say.
00:56He was always there when, you know, like we as a cluster.
01:01So we're all owned by the same company, all those radio stations that I mentioned.
01:04And we are there for each other, right?
01:07And it's kind of led by his charge.
01:09Pierre had been here for over 40 years on the air in Philadelphia.
01:14He had a street named after him.
01:16He's in the Hall of Fame.
01:18He's, he is the guy that when classic rock artists come to town, they remember their first time being in Philly and being with Pierre Robert.
01:28Like, he left a mark on everyone he came in contact with.
01:33He was, he has in the Hall of Fame.
01:33And that's a bigotry, right?
01:34He's there.
01:35But if you go to the Hall of Fame, he...
01:36Right, it's good.
01:37Right.

01:39And that's it.

01:41He's there for the house.
