We Finally get to see how Carcas has been utilizing the Vita carnis and all the different experiments they have been conducting. Along with us finding out who has been sending the messages we have been seeing threw out season 2.
00:00Hello and welcome back everyone. I will finally be all cut up to the series after I get this video out.
00:06So for this video we will be getting some pretty large developments in the series.
00:11And we will see how Karkis has begun to weaponize the different forms of Vita Karnis.
00:17I'm excited to get into it, so let's begin.
00:20We get a message from the Mysterious Bee again, talking about how this will probably be his last message he sends.
00:27Because he thinks they are catching on to him.
00:31So he is sending one last package, and if he doesn't hear from him again, assume he is dead.
00:37We then seem to get a look inside a classified file of Karkis.
00:41They talk about when they raided the original New Trier cult, they found two hosts of Influence and a few containers of Powder.
00:49With each vial containing different variants of host spores.
00:53So they begin doing tests on Harvesters and hosts.
00:57With the Harvesters, they plan to exact the two different venoms they produce.
01:03The first idea they had was for it to inject sponges that could absorb the venoms, but that idea was quickly gotten rid of because of how much the Harvester tentacles thrash around when they latch on to something.
01:16Then for the host's test, they plan to expose the test subject to its spores, and for them to write down and talk about their experience.
01:26And our test subject's name is Leto Dullus.
01:29Leto, after being exposed to it, was put into a room, and for the entire time he was infected,
01:36stood at the doorway of the room looking like he was in a daze until he came back to his senses.
01:42And after he came out of it, he explains he felt his mind was foggy, and he didn't know why he was trying to leave the room,
01:51with the brain fog persisting after the initial effects wore off.
01:55They then found out a way to extract the venom from the Harvesters by sedating it, and then milking the spines, which was luckily successful.
02:05Now with Leto's second exposure to the host's spores, it was even worse than the first time.
02:11And now he seemed pretty angry he couldn't leave because he tried to tear the door open.
02:17And afterwards, he says that it was a lot worse than the first time, having tremors now, feeling extremely disoriented, and having a large headache.
02:28Leto's third time getting exposed caused him to start ramming himself into the door to try to escape,
02:35and after the effect wore off, he said he feels numb, but that he was good to go again.
02:41And I have to say, at this point was probably where the test should have ended, because of how much harm it was befalling the test subject.
02:51Then with the fourth and final exposure, the host was not aggressive anymore, and produced a red powder instead of the usual orange.
03:00With Leto needing to be tied down to the bed, and he thrashed around the whole time trying to get out.
03:06And once they released him, he started rambling and ranting about serving his god, so they decided to stop the testing now.
03:14We then cut to another recording of our mysterious bee that has been sending messages and packages to someone on the outside,
03:23being confronted by someone that is at the head of carcass.
03:27His real name is Bruce Phoenix, and he of course denies he has been doing anything,
03:33but they soon tell him they have proof of what he is doing.
03:37He then tells them what they are doing is not helping the human race, and the experiments they are doing are wrong.
03:45But the only thing the guy interrogating him keeps asking is who he has been sending all the files to,
03:52probably so they can take them out or stop them from exposing them.
03:57Bruce tells them that the singularities are brainwashing them, but they just say to turn the cameras off.
04:04Then we get some kind of singularity vision indicated by the little cult symbol in the corner.
04:10The interrogator explains to Bruce that the neurotoxic venom the harvesters use
04:16kills all the nerves in the body, slowly killing the person until their lungs, heart, and brain stop functioning.
04:24But the person usually dies from blood loss before they feel any of it.
04:29So he gets a needle full of it and injects Bruce, making sure he has the most painful death possible,
04:37while you can hear him begging for his life, ending the video.
04:41So now it seems Carcass has fully succumbed to the Vita Carnis at this point.
04:46With the person Bruce was sending things to, I am pretty sure it was our closest thing to a protagonist in the series,
04:56Vincent Barare, since in the message he did say he exposed them once before.
05:02But before we get into the main video, let's take a look at the hidden video,
05:07which seems to be played in reverse, showing a nightmare depiction of Vincent's family dying,
05:13and the scientist that died in the last video, which he found his video footage.
05:18With the decoded title being, Futile Attempts to Overcome.
05:23Which is basically Vita Carnis taunting Vincent that anything he does is futile, and he cannot stop them.
05:31With some classic reverse audio in there, which is them just taunting him about how he couldn't save his family,
05:38and this could also just be Vincent's inner thoughts as he sleeps as well.
05:43Now moving on to the main video, we see that Carcass has begun to weaponize the Vita Carnis now.
05:49First is through harvesting the Harvester's Venom,
05:53and as we saw in the video, they can use them to quickly kill somebody while giving them a very painful death.
06:00I'm guessing in the future, they can put these Venoms into dart guns, making sure what they fire at,
06:07if they hit it, it's a one-hit kill.
06:10Then we see the containers they got from the previous cult had the regular spores that make a person seek out the host that infected them.
06:19The new Triarcho flavor enhancer that slowly made people addicted to it,
06:24and over time would change their brain to become more vulnerable to manipulation by the cult.
06:29And then the red powder that we did not know what it did.
06:33But we see the host produce it after infecting Leto multiple times,
06:38and after he was exposed to it, he became a fanatical believer in the Vita Carnis.
06:45I am guessing they would use this to create soldiers that would throw themselves at the enemy,
06:50since he did not seem he could have much higher thinking at that point.
06:55And the last thing I want to talk about is that weird singularity vision we got,
06:59because the guy that injected Bruce had a strange silhouette in that vision,
07:05that I cannot for the life of me understand what it is.
07:09After this video, I think we may be getting the season 2 finale soon,
07:14since we have been following Bruce for most of season 2.
07:18With now our only hope being Vincent, yet again.
07:23And it would be kind of hilarious if he yet again exposed the Vita Carnis to the world,
07:29but it does seem that him fighting them is taking a mental toll on him from what we saw of the secret video.
07:36But we will just have to see how things go in the future.
