00:00Session is back with the second update release of 2025.

00:08Our last update was focused solely on gameplay improvements and set the foundation for our

00:13continued efforts on pushing our Skatecore to our true V1.

00:17This releases a mix of core functionality updates, minor feature tweaks, and overall

00:22visual parity in all stances.

00:26The full integration of a smooth and dominant looking Goofy stance has been much awaited

00:31in session.

00:32As of this update, all tricks and animations have now fully been mirrored and implemented

00:37to Goofy stance.

00:38So no more looking like your skating switch when you're in your dominant stance.

00:43We're continuously working on different skate components to ensure that your skateboard

00:47reacts as closely as possible to the real world in all situations.

00:52This will be an ongoing focus as we continue to balance the core of the onboard experience

00:57in session.

00:58Power slides are now aligned with player direction and the board reorients upon stick release.

01:03Additionally, we have introduced the capability to slalom between front side and back side

01:08power slides and expanded the range of motion to ensure smoother transitions.

01:13You will also be able to land in power slide from any trick to give a little bit of extra

01:17style to your landing.

01:18Reverts have also received a rework in this update and will no longer over rotate, ensuring

01:23that the player is aligned with their initial direction upon completion.

01:27We have also modified the reverts from manuals to enhance their consistency when reverting

01:31into another manual.

01:35Breaking a board then receiving a used blank board can be disappointing.

01:39That's why in this update, when you break a board, you will be given a new deck, grip tape,

01:45and deck rails from your inventory rather than the default orange blank board.

01:49So hit up the shop and stock up.

01:51You will now be able to drop into a manual or nose manual from grinds, slides, other manuals,

01:58or just riding off a drop without needing to pop first.

02:01This will give you the ability to skate certain spots in a much smoother way and allow you to

02:06combo your manual tricks with ease.

02:07And speaking of manuals, they have now been added to the trick display.

02:13We've added a news pop-up on game launch that allows us to share the latest news directly

02:18with players in-game.

02:19From patch notes to DLC offerings, this panel will allow you to stay up to date on the world

02:24of session.

02:27One of the most requested clothing items has been added to session in this update.

02:33Socks.

02:34You'll be able to customize the height and color of either the plain socks or striped socks.

02:39Also added to the skate shop, you can now find some boards and apparel from Louis Barletta's

02:44new brand, Jacuzzi Unlimited.

02:46So you've probably been wondering about that new skate park you've seen a few times in

02:51this video.

02:52Welcome to LA Skate Park.

02:54Alongside this update is a new DLC pack that is available right now on PC, PlayStation, and

03:00Xbox.

03:01In this LA DLC pack, you will receive a new map, six DIY objects for the object dropper,

03:08two styles of jerseys, basketball and football with 10 variants each, matching gym shorts for

03:14the jerseys, also with 10 variants each, and three styles of cargo shorts, cotton, denim,

03:21and camo, ranging from 8 to 11 variants.

03:24There were lots of bug fixes crammed into this release, and a lot more to come.

03:30Here's a few notable bug fixes.

03:32The softlock and crash that occurs when trying to start the jams has been fixed.

03:37Manual catch timings have been fixed when your board is backwards.

03:40Small manual when crouching for an ollie or nollie was fixed.

03:44Severe lag while grinding when having too many unfinished missions in your skater log,

03:49that has been fixed.

03:50The lag that occurs during manuals for the Paris missions has been fixed.

03:54And late shoves now function in all stances and settings.
