00:01The tuberculosis has always been considered as a dreadful disease.

00:05It was hidden by its infection.

00:09After World War II, the infected people were buried in their barracks,

00:13outside of the hospital.

00:20Today, if the stigmatization diminue, the disease is still afraid.

00:30Or even it can be you, you are always being afraid that nobody should hear about it.

00:36But now anyone can get tuberculosis.

00:39Like we have lawyers, doctors, we have engineers, we have scientists.

00:46That is not such a big stigma anymore, but actually some patients always ask,

00:51just do everything that nobody will know that I had tuberculosis or if I have the disease.

00:57But that's it.

01:00Almost one-third of human population are infected with tuberculosis,

01:04but only a small number of them will get the exact disease.

01:09Because mycobacteria stay in your body and wait until you will get immunosuppression,

01:16like HIV, being treated with some medications like anti-tumor necrotic factors medications.
