00:05I'd just like to start by asking you, I know you were there quite recently.
00:09What have been the most significant developments in the war in the last couple of months, would you say?
00:13Well, I think Ukraine developing its own long-range strike capabilities to hit infrastructure inside Russia.
00:21We're talking about military facilities, military bases, oil refineries that produce refined fuel for aircraft.
00:29They've been able to hit quite a bit inside Russia.
00:31That's one big development.
00:33The other is the petering out of Russia's ground defensives.
00:37They've tried three separate offensives this year, in the spring, summer, and now in the autumn.
00:42And they have not really been able to take much territory.
00:45So we are seeing that Russia is really not capable of advancing.
00:50And Ukraine is inflicting more and more damage on Russia.
00:53So this has been a bit of a turn of the tide, if you will.
