00:00Nine easy at home methods to remove splinters safely.
00:04Tweezers and Needle. Use sterilized tweezers to gently pull a visible
00:10splinter along its entry angle. Use a needle to expose buried tips.
00:15Tape and Glue. Press adhesive tape over a shallow splinter,
00:19then peel off to lift it. If needed, apply white school glue.
00:23Epsom Salt Soak. Soak in warm water with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt for 15 to 20
00:29minutes. This softens skin, bringing splinters near the surface.
00:34Baking Soda Paste. Apply baking soda paste to the splinter,
00:38cover and leave for 24 hours, then remove bandage to expose the tip.
