00:00There we go. That'll be the opening.
00:07Affordability.
00:08Affordability.
00:10Public safety.
00:13Failing public education system.
00:15Flight out of the city.
00:19I think that it is important that we also continue to allow for remote work provisions,
00:26and I think that's been critical in adapting to the flexibility that has become an innate part of people's lives.
00:32I think if people are performing at an acceptable level and they're doing some of the work at home, fine, they should continue on that.
00:41I believe people should return to the office.
00:43First, I believe the office environment is good.
00:46Second, selfishly, governmentally, we need people back in the city.
00:56I can tell you it would either be Curtis Sliwa or Eric Adams, but would not be Andrew Cuomo.
01:01I feel like Andrew Cuomo answers that question himself.
01:03I'd be happy to be stuck on a subway train with them,
01:06and we could talk about how Andrew Cuomo was probably the reason that train was stuck,
01:09because of his systematic underfunding of the MTA over many years while he led the state,
01:13including the summer of hell in 2017.
01:15If I had to pick one candidate running for mayor to be stuck in a subway car,
01:21it would definitely be Andrew Cuomo.
01:22And I would say to Andrew, Andrew, have you ever apologized for anything in your life?
01:30Like, this subway system is falling apart.
01:33I would move subway cars.
01:35Is this supposed to be a plug?
01:37Now I read the clips that are provided to me about all of the different articles that have to do with me,
01:43with Andrew, with Eric, and with New York City at large.
01:45The news and information that I read first every day is the New York Post,
01:50but it's the sports section, because it's the only thing that gives me joy.
01:54Bloomberg.
01:57For nostalgia's sake, I have to say Coronet's Morningside Heights.
02:01Stromboli's Pizza, right there on First Avenue.
02:05It reminds me, this is what I lived on for a full year, every day.
02:09Gabby's Pizza in Queens.
02:11For murderers.
02:18You're right there.
02:19Add to Michael.
02:20You're right there.
02:32It raid, you're right there.
02:33The Yankee.
