00:14I think our big challenge is how do you give them enough space for them to express themselves, create, experience, fail, retry.

00:24The whole process that I think I was lucky to have.

00:30Yeah, failing, I think, is fantastic.

00:32Failing is the best way to learn.

00:41How do you choose people?

00:43How do you trust people?

00:44How do you organize yourself?

00:46Which businesses you choose?

00:48You know, it's by experiencing that you start, you know, getting your...

00:56And I think they have their space to create, and at the same time, little by little, they are throughout different businesses.

01:04So we have a hospital, so one of my daughters is joining the board.

01:09So really, little by little, getting them in, and I think as they mature, they're really grasping.

01:18And I always say, to be a leader is vision, choosing the right people.

01:24It's not being a technical person.

01:27It's where do you want to go.

01:30You must know where you want to go, otherwise, how are you going to take all your teams with you if you don't know exactly where you're heading?

01:39So knowing where you want to go is key.
