00:09I know the Rangers know that Panarin is not amenable to taking a discount.

00:18I don't think at this point the Rangers are going to offer him a long-term contract.

00:26I don't think for player or team it's any sort of – I mean, there's always risk, but I don't think it's a huge risk.

00:38The Rangers are going to have a number and a term that they are going to go to.

00:42He's top of the league in a lot of categories, top three, top five.

00:46You've got to look at age and project things, and that's what GMs have to do when contracts come out.
