00:00I need to know your overall read on what's going wrong with the Rangers and their slow start to

00:05the season. The effort's been there. It's been better. The structure has been better. The

00:10defending has been better and the consistency has been better so far. So the only thing that

00:14isn't working right now for the Rangers is the power play and finishing at five on five. Their

00:18power play hasn't scored in five of their six games. They scored twice in Pittsburgh to help

00:23them win in that 6-1 effort. But that's been one of the key things that they're missing.

00:27Chris Kreider was a key presence at the net front for years for the Rangers and helped their power

00:33play be around 25% to 30%. Right now, it's been something that's honestly killing their momentum

00:38offensively a little bit. So they need the power play to start clicking. But for me, the goaltending

00:42has been excellent. The defending has been excellent. And the offense is generating chances. I do think

00:48the top guys need to be better. There's no excuses for guys like Mika, Panarin, Lafreniere,

00:53those guys in the top six. I think everything is clicking right now besides the puck going in the

00:57net. So it's been a little disappointing in that sense. But everything I'm watching

01:02for being six games in, I'm not going to panic.
