00:00Welcome to Tesser English. We interrupt with some breaking information as Venezuela is denouncing
00:10military provocation by Trinidad and Tobago in coordination with the CIA to provoke a war in
00:17the Caribbean. With a special communique, an official communique by the Bolivarian Republic
00:23of Venezuela, Venezuela is denouncing before the international community the dangerous military
00:28exercises carried out by the government of Trinidad and Tobago between the 26th and 30th of this month
00:37under the coordination, financing and control of the United States Southern Command, an action that
00:43constitutes a hostile provocation against Venezuela and a serious threat to peace in the Caribbean.
00:51Venezuela is reporting that it has captured a group of mercenaries with direct information from the
00:58U.S. intelligence agency, the CIA, enabling it to determine that a false flag attack is underway
01:05from waters bordering Trinidad and Tobago or from Trinidadian or Venezuelan territory itself,
01:12which should generate a full-scale military confrontation against the country. This planned
01:19action perfectly evokes the provocation of the battleship Maine and the Gulf of Tonkin, according
01:25to the statement, which led to the war against Spain to seize Cuba in 1898 and which allowed the U.S.
01:34Congress to authorize involvement in an endless war against Vietnam in 1964, respectively.
01:42The government of Prime Minister Kamala Prasad-Bissasar, according to the statement,
01:47has surrendered Trinidad and Tobago's sovereignty to act as a military colony subordinate to U.S.
01:55hegemonic interests, turning its territory into a U.S. aircraft carrier for war throughout the
02:01Caribbean against Venezuela, Colombia and all of South America. We continue reading the official
02:07statement by bowing to Washington's militaristic agenda. Prasad-Bissasar not only seeks to attack
02:15Venezuela, a country that has always maintained a policy of energy cooperation, mutual respect
02:21and Caribbean integration, and break our historic ties of brotherhood, but also violates the U.N.
02:28charter, the proclamation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a zone of peace approved by ZALAC,
02:35and the principles of the CARICOM, which protect all the peoples of the Caribbean. These are not
02:42defensive exercises. This is a colonial operation of military aggression that seeks to turn the
02:49Caribbean into a space for lethal violence and U.S. imperial domination. The statement continues by
02:57stating that this submissive policy, which betrays the constitutional principles of Trinidad and
03:04Tobago, has ended up hurting the very people it is supposed to serve. Innocent fishermen have been
03:11victims of extrajudicial executions in the Caribbean Sea, revealing the repressive and criminal nature of
03:17the current government, which shoots at its own people under the slogan, kill them all, and celebrates
03:24the summary execution of Trinidadians while opening the doors to murderous foreign troops.
03:32Venezuela does not accept threats from any government that is a vassal of the United States.
03:37We are not intimidated by military exercises or war cries. The statement continues by saying that the
03:44Bolivarian National Armed Forces will remain alert and mobilized in perfect unity between the people,
03:51the military, and the police in the face of this extremely serious provocation.
03:58That was the breaking information. We will have more on this and other topics. Stay tuned for
