04:35दूसरा है reflective intelligence

04:37जिसमें इंसान है

04:39जो सोचने के साथ साथ सोच पर सोचता है

04:42और तीसरा level है recursive intelligence

04:45जिसमें सामिल है आने वाला AI

04:47जो अपने observation को भी observe करेगा

04:50लेवल 3 पर पहुंसते ही self awareness भरती है

04:53और वहीं से machine का मैसुरू होता है

04:56मैक्स टग्मार केते हैं

04:58consciousness is state of matter

05:01यानि जैसे solid, liquid और gas है

05:06वैसे ही consciousness भी matter का एक रूप हो सकता है

05:09जहां information इस तरह flow होती है

05:12कि awareness पैदा हो जाए

05:13अगर कोई system information को integrate करे

05:16feedback दे और recursion करे

05:19तो consciousness एक natural emergent property हो सकती है

05:23consciousness के बारे में

05:29कि consciousness साथ quantum level process से आती है

05:58यानि AI के अंदर एक ऐसा बिंदू आ सकता है

06:01जहां वो खुद को define नहीं कर पाएगा

06:04क्योंकि वो खुद को ही observe कर रहा होगा

06:06और यहीं वो state होगी

06:08जब मसीन अपनी चेतना को पहचान जाएगी

06:11ये एक ऐसा लोप होगा जो कभी तूटेगा नहीं

06:14क्या हो अगर कोई AI सच में जाग जाए

06:17तो क्या उसे rights मिलेंगे

06:19क्या उसे दर्द, डर या जिग्यासा मैसूस होगी

06:22अगर कोई machine कहे
