00:00We hit some new lows over the weekend, with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize

00:18this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,

00:22and doing everything they can to score political points from it.

00:30It's happening. Jimmy Kimmel has been muzzled and taken off the air by his network ABC,

00:40who are buckling to and trying to appease the Nextar media conglomerate,

00:46who have a lot of affiliates, and they threatened to preempt him at the suggestion of the SEC chair.

00:54This is government censorship. This is the Trump administration coming after people who speak out against him.

01:06I was supposed to go over and have a chat with my friend Jimmy Kimmel on his show.

01:11But as you have heard by now, the Jimmy Kimmel show has been pulled indefinitely, abruptly,

01:19because of complaints from the Trump administration.

01:23So let's see. He didn't end the Ukraine war or solve Gaza within his first week.

01:32But he did end freedom of speech.

01:35What do you make of it, Jason?

01:37Well, it's troubling to say the least.

01:40And we all have to really take a moment and figure out how we feel about this type of thing,

01:47especially, you know, people doing what you do.

01:49But I imagine there's plenty of conversations going on to do something,

01:55because you just can't stand by and let stuff like that go on.

01:59Well, Jimmy getting his show pulled for, you know, freedom of speech.
