00:00Your call with President Putin today, you spoke about a meeting in Hungary with him.
00:04Do you have a timeline or a date set?
00:06I would say within two weeks or so, pretty quick.
00:09Marco Rubio is going to be meeting with his counterpart, as you know, Labrov.
00:15And they'll be meeting pretty soon.
00:17They're going to set up a time and a place very shortly.
00:20Maybe it's already set up. They've already spoken.
00:23And I thought it was a very good phone call. I thought very productive.
00:26But I'll be meeting with President Putin, and we'll make a determination.
00:32Tomorrow I'm meeting with President Zelensky, and I'll be telling him about the call.
00:38I mean, we have a problem. They don't get along too well, those two.
00:41And it's sometimes tough to have meetings, so we may do something where we're separate, but separate but equal.
00:48We'll meet and talk to parties.
00:52But this is a terrible relationship the two of them have, and it's one of those things.
00:59I've seen things that nobody would believe, but this is one of them.
01:02So I'll be meeting. We're going to be meeting in Hungary.
01:06Viktor Orban is going to be hosting.
01:09And it's really something that's time.
01:14Last week, over 7,000 people were killed.
01:19That's ridiculous.
01:20And, you know, it doesn't affect our country.
01:22We're not losing people. We're not losing Bobby.
01:25We're not losing Americans.
01:26But they're losing Russians, Ukrainians, mostly soldiers, for the most part, soldiers.
01:30And we think we're going to get it – we hope we're going to get it stopped.
01:35I thought this would be – because of my relationship with President Putin, I thought this would be very quick.
01:41And it's turned out to be – who would think I did Middle East before I did this?
01:46We did a total of eight now, seven, and now eight.
01:49And we're going to make this number nine.
01:51You said – you posted that there was great progress.
01:57Can you tell us a little bit about that?
01:58Was it a shift in Putin's tone?
02:00Was it something new?
02:02He told you.
02:02Did he give you any message to give President Zelensky tomorrow?
02:07It just seems to me that – you know, look, it's only a field.
02:11That's all I've done in my whole life.
02:13I've made deals.
02:13I know about deals.
02:14I do it well.
02:16I don't think any president's ever ended a war, frankly.
02:19One war.
02:19I did eight of them, Maria, right?
02:21And – but I don't know.
02:23Did Bush ever end?
02:24Do you think Biden ended a war?
02:25Biden started wars because he was stupid.
02:29But do you think Biden ended any wars?
02:31No.
02:32I don't think – I don't know of anybody that ended wars.
02:34I ended eight of them.
02:35It's going to be nine.
02:36I think we're going to have this one done hopefully soon.
02:39But I'll be meeting him probably over the next two weeks.
02:42First, Marco is going to be meeting.
02:44And the vice president, as you know, is very much involved.
02:47The whole team is involved.
02:48Steve Whitcoff will be involved.
02:50Yeah, please.
02:51What did you tell them about the tomahawks?
02:53Did you discuss the tomahawk missiles?
02:55Did you discuss them?
02:55Well, we talked about it a little bit.
02:57Didn't say much.
02:58But I do say to you, you know, we need tomahawks for the United States of America, too.
03:04We have a lot of them.
03:06But we need them.
03:07I mean, we can't deplete for our country.
03:12So, you know, they're very vital.
03:13They're very powerful.
03:14They're very accurate.
03:16They're very good.
03:16But we need them, too.
03:18So I don't know what we can do about that.
03:20Why do you think a second meeting with Putin now will yield different results?
03:27Well, I think Alaska actually set a stage.
03:30And that wasn't very long ago, but it set a stage.
03:34You have to understand, I came into this situation.
03:36I didn't start this war.
03:37This is a Biden deal.
03:39And I came into it, and it was a mess.
03:41It could have led to World War III.
03:43In my opinion, this could have led to World War III.
03:45That won't happen.
03:47But it could have.
03:48So I came in.
03:49This war was raging.
03:50When I left, this wasn't even a thought.
03:52For four years, nobody talked about it.
03:54I spoke to President Putin about Ukraine.
03:57It was the apple of his eye.
03:58But there was no—never going to be doing anything like this.
04:01And this all went because of some really bad decisions that were made.
04:05And look what you have.
04:07You have millions of people dead.
04:10You have just a horrible, horrible situation.
04:13I'm doing it to save souls.
04:14That's all I'm doing it for.
04:15I'm not doing it for us.
04:17We have an ocean between us.
04:19I'm doing it also to help Europe.
04:22They want to have it ended, but they're unable to do it.
04:25I'm able to do it.
04:26So I think we'll be successful.
04:28We'll save a lot of lives.
04:30It should have been done.
04:31It should have never started.
04:31This would have never happened if the election weren't rigged.
04:34This would have never happened.
04:36But it did happen.
04:39And I'll get it stopped.
04:40Okay.
