00:00Samuel, you work a lot with your feet in this.
00:02I'm curious about the footwork that went in.
00:04You work a lot with your feet.
00:06I mean, come on.
00:09Picking up fruit.
00:10Hey, I can't hear the question over there.
00:11There is no question.
00:13That's it.
00:13You work a lot with your feet.
00:15They're very excited about my feet.
00:16Was that your idea?
00:17Was that in the script?
00:18What is the boy cavalier stretch routine?
00:20It was not.
00:21Oh, the boy cavalier stretch routine.
00:22I felt like it would be really fun if he was somebody who felt like he could recline and totally relax in whatever way he wanted to on set.
00:35So I was just going for that languid kind of physicality.
00:40And I just started talking to Sutterat, Lelab, who's the wonderful costume designer for the show.
00:46And there was this pyjama idea that was being floated around because of Peter Pan.
00:50And then we were just having a chat.
00:51And I think, I don't want to take full credit for the idea, but just from that conversation, it's like, well, bare feet.
00:59Why would he bother to wear shoes?
01:01You know, the guy owns everything.
01:02So why would he bother?
01:03And that really unlocked the character for me.
01:06You know, I basically got to walk on set and be like, welcome to my living room.
01:10Now tell me what you want and I'll shoot you down and, you know, equip you with an amazing line and stuff.
01:16Yeah, I felt so lucky to have that sort of physical freedom on set.
