00:00I think this is a great video for Trump to be able to see it.
00:12Most importantly, to remind him of his new tariff that he's putting into the system,
00:17especially in the United States and Canada and Mexico, who also have been affected.
00:22What Trump didn't like is a realization.
00:24It's a reminder of this action that has already been discussed in the past.
00:29Sometimes we just need a reminder.
00:31It wasn't a mistake.
00:33I think it's a great thing.
00:34And sometimes we forget.
00:35We need to be a reminder.
00:37The interesting thing about the video is that it's a quote from 1987,
00:42where President Ronald Reagan is talking about the context where a Japanese sector is coming in,
00:49and Reagan is using tariffs in a limited short period of time
00:55to try and create a fair and balanced negotiating tactic with a trading partner who he saw was offside.
01:03And it's troubling to me to see that that video is being characterized as being pro tariff.
01:10It's not.
01:11He says he's loathe to use tariffs as a bargaining mechanism with the Japanese nation in 1987.
01:18This is right before the U.S. signs a free trade agreement with Canada.
01:23I think that what he did was only one sided.
01:26He has no relationship with us.
01:29He doesn't want a relationship with us.
01:31And what he did is totally against how anybody will negotiate.
01:36His negotiation skills, in my eyes, are very limited.
02:06He wants to answer lots of dialed number.
02:11So, how massive does iPad ProsK prefled taking care of?
02:13And the idea of taking care of himself is no longer or리atible.
02:16He has no relationship with style.
02:17He has no sides.
02:20He has no differentвиг revitalization, so he can imagine the potential to buy these images.
02:23He can actually make 걸 uit Shopify.
02:25He can become the latter.
02:27He was willing to trade incentives.
02:29He can use that to keep his estate authority as one of mine,
