00:00So the thing to me about that game last week that would be a little bit of a concern,
00:04and the guy just went 21 for 23, and he's been balls for over a month now.
00:10Everybody knows it.
00:11But the thing that would be a concern for me is that I would say on almost all of his scrambles,
00:18you can find receivers who are open and open on time.
00:22And for some reason, he doesn't throw the ball.
00:25So the first third down of the game, he's got Stephon Diggs open in the flat to the right.
00:30He pulls it down.
00:31Maybe he doesn't think Diggs will be able to get enough yardage for the first down.
00:34He pulls it down.
00:34He scrambles for a first down.
00:36First down, great play.
00:37Okay?
00:38He does it again a little bit later where he passes up maybe a touchdown to Hunter Henry at the goal line,
00:42and he scrambles out to the left out of bounds right in front of the end zone.
00:45I thought he scrambled when he might have had Kyle Williams on a deep shot open down the field.
00:49Maybe it's a deep touchdown.
00:51It almost looks very similar to the booty play he ended up hitting for a score.
00:55So if you continue to turn these down and you're scrambling and you're inviting contact in that way,
01:00that to me is not a sustainable way of playing quarterback,
01:04unless you get really good at sliding early and getting out of bounds,
01:07which he didn't do well enough the other day.
01:10So wouldn't you say that when you go for the stiff arm against a corner like Roger McCreary,
01:16who is the one who slung him down and had him hit his head on the turf,
01:18isn't there a time somewhere before you decide to throw the stiff arm where you could just say,
01:22let me just get down here and take the four yards instead of trying to go for eight or nine and taking the hit?
01:27Yeah, unless it's down a distance and stick.
01:29You know what I mean?
01:29Like I got to get to the stick.
01:30Like it's third and fourth and I got a stiff arm.
01:32I got to make sure I get to the stick.
01:33I'm with you though.
01:34Get down.
01:37It's a fine line.
01:38It's having vision on the field.
01:40And I think he has really good vision of not only the coverage,
01:42but the front and who's chasing him, eyes in the back of his head.
01:47You know, it's probably been a handful of times where I'm like,
01:48throw it because I see the guy coming from behind, but he knows he's there.
01:51It's pretty impressive.
