This year, the Fortune Global Forum will convene October 26–27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to explore the strategies that will define the next era of business growth.

00:00How would you describe the current job market?
00:02Fragmented and disconnected.
00:04Disproportioned.
00:05Total disproportioned.
00:06Stagnant.
00:07It's not oversaturated. I feel like we don't have enough workers.
00:10We don't have people that want to get up and work anymore.
00:12If you're creative, it's open to your creativity.
00:16There are fabulous opportunities if you're willing to take risks
00:20and have a creative idea that you're willing to see it from idea to fruition.
00:26I would say it's dim. It's probably not good for younger people coming out of college.
00:32I would say it's tight.
00:34It's hard. I'm in the union and it was a little difficult
00:37because a lot of non-union is taking our work and we suffer from it.
