00:05The government at every stage has tried to avoid setting up a proper judge-led, national-level inquiry.
00:12And at every stage, it's been the Conservatives, led by Kemi Badnock, who have dragged the government to the right place.
00:20The fact is, the victims want a judge or a former judge to lead this inquiry.
00:24They need to have confidence in this process.
