00:00Well, Keir Starmer has basically just ducked any serious decisions throughout this.
00:05He didn't decide to pre-deploy the Royal Navy, which has meant that HMS Dragon left late,
00:10had a rushed deployment, and has still not yet got to station.
00:14He delayed the deployment of air defence assets, both air-to-air and ground-to-air,
00:19which meant that the British military, our bases and our allies came under attack,
00:24had to be defended by other nations.
00:26He has alienated friends, not just in America, but in the region.
00:31And now, in a desperate attempt to try and regain some credibility,
00:36he's gone scuttling off to the Gulf to play, I don't know what kind of part,
00:41in any meaningful negotiations.
00:44The fact is, Keir Starmer has been indecisive throughout this,
00:48and we are paying the price diplomatically.
