പുതിയ 'പാളയ'ത്തേക്ക് സന്തോഷമില്ലാതെ കച്ചവടക്കാർ: Traders at the Old Palayam Market on protest

A section of traders and laborers at the Palayam Market in Kozhikode have come out strongly against the shifting of the market. Their main grievance is that they did not receive fair consideration and that the new location is not suitable for business. They observed the inauguration day as a 'Black Day' and registered their protests.
കോഴിക്കോട് പാളയം മാർക്കറ്റ് മാറ്റുന്നതിനെതിരെ പാളയം മാർക്കറ്റിലെ ഒരു വിഭാഗം വ്യാപാരികളും തൊഴിലാളികളും ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധവുമായി രംഗത്തെത്തി. തങ്ങൾക്ക് ന്യായമായ പരിഗണന ലഭിച്ചില്ലെന്നും, പുതിയ സ്ഥലം കച്ചവടത്തിന് അനുയോജ്യമല്ലെന്നുമാണ് അവരുടെ പ്രധാന പരാതി. ഉദ്ഘാടന ദിവസം കരിദിനം ആചരിച്ചും പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി."
