00:00This is Phoenix Park car park here in Blakenhall in Wolverhampton where at around 1.30 this morning a man was found with serious injuries.
00:11Police believe he was assaulted in the car park and have reported that he has since died a short while after.
00:17A cordon has been set up as you can see behind me and police are investigating the area and the circumstances behind that.
00:24They've also been speaking to local residents asking for CCTV and they are doing house to house inquiries.
