00:00So, tell us a little bit about your first experience in the industry. So, you started off with a bad agent, you said, right? I hate those stories so much. And it always makes me so sad because I always wish that I could have talked to you first and been like, no, don't start with that person. Start with this person. It just makes me so sad. But tell me about that experience.
00:26I was in Alaska and I had gotten like a DM on Twitter. I was like three days into being in sex work at this point. I had started my OnlyFans a couple days before my Twitter account to promote it. And he pretty much DMed me this like whole mess of fly out to LA, make $7,000 a week working for Twisties, Hustler, blah, blah, blah, playmates. And obviously that's not what happened.
00:48So, I was smart in the sense that I bought my own ticket because I didn't trust someone else buying me a flight.
00:56Then I came down and I checked out the model house and I stayed there for a couple days and I had my first scene set up.
01:01But I was absolutely terrified because the girls in the model house were not like mentally well.
01:05They were going through a lot, obviously, because of the agent that they were with and the position that they had been put in.
01:11And like for me coming into that, I was like, whoa, maybe this isn't right for me.
01:17So, I got on a plane and I went home because I was terrified and then took some more time to think about it because I have the tendency to make decisions very like in the moment.
01:26So, I just wanted to take some more time and I took a month to go home and I got another like waitressing job to fill the time and then realize that it is what I wanted to do.
01:36So, then I flew back and that's when I shot my first scene.
01:41And he had sent me to – he had told me that I was not going to be staying in the model house and indeed I was going to be staying in the model house.
01:49I just didn't know it yet.
01:50He sent me to Arizona and then to Vegas.
01:54The first scene that I shot was for FTV Girls.
01:56I was just going to say, when you said Arizona, I knew exactly who you were going to shoot for.
02:00And of course, like he pressured me into like working with anal toys, which was something that was a very hard no for me in the beginning.
02:08Did he make you stick vegetables up yourself?
02:10Yeah, I had to put a banana in my pussy.
02:14It's with the vegetables in that guy.
02:15Yeah, it was just – it was a whole weird thing.
02:16And then it's like, you know, I can't –
02:18And then the public nudity stuff.
02:19Yeah, and you're in the position also where this guy drove you to the airport and you're not saying something.
02:23You're just like being like, oh, I'm out, you know.
02:26But I ended up making it to LA and I was at the model house.
02:29What – the funny thing is I was actually very loyal to him in the beginning because he got me work.
02:33You know, I was working.
02:35I felt like I was doing fine.
02:36I was making good money.
02:36I had a roof over my head.
02:37I wasn't complaining.
02:38What got on my nerves was I was staying in the house with other girls and these girls were working just as I.
02:44And I had found out after coming home from work one day that he had booked me.
02:49He was booking me for multiple scenes a day just to start off.
02:52Like – and then he would call the day of, right?
02:55And I wouldn't get my call sheet until the night before, probably like midnight, you know, the last possible moment he could send it to me.
03:01And he would call them the day of and be like, she doesn't want to work for you, but I have someone else that can be there.
03:06So, he's essentially, like, using me to poach scenes out of me and give them to the other girls, which obviously I want the other girls to work, but don't ruin my name in the process.
03:15And so – and the even shittier part was he was sending, like, these girls – like, one of them went to a $1,500 boy-girl with my name on it, and I got sent to a $300 blowjob.
03:24So, I'm like, that's where it gets really shitty because not only are you ruining my name, but now you're also, like, fucking up my work, and you're not even giving me the best bid.
03:32And so, me and this girl were actually friends, and she's visiting me in town right now because we've stayed friends through all of this from the trauma bonding.
03:41But, yeah, so that was when I finally, like, decided I needed to look for a different agent.
03:46And crazy enough, everything kind of just exploded after that because the agency was, like – it was a whole deal.
03:53This guy wasn't even really the agent.
03:55He's not licensed.
03:55The other guy's licensed.
03:57He wasn't telling him about the girls.
03:58It was, like, so confusing.
04:01So, it kind of just collapsed, and they dropped us all anyway because our contracts weren't valid.
04:04So, now none of us had agents, and also we had nowhere to live.
04:08So, I'm, like, freaking out.
04:10I had booked a flight home because my agent had told me there was no work for me anyway, which was not true.
04:15I worked a lot after that.
04:17I just needed a better agent.
04:18So, I had gotten a call from Donnie Rock, who I had worked with a few times since I had gotten in.
04:24Team Skeet's always a good one to start with.
04:26And Donnie's great.
04:27He's such a nice guy.
04:28Yes, and so he knew how I had felt about, you know, the agencies and everything and what had been going on.
04:33And he was, like, you should talk to Mark and me just in the industry.
04:37Mind you, like, before I got into porn, I had only watched porn.
04:39You know, I didn't know that you could be a porn star.
04:42So, this was all very new to me.
04:44And I knew who Mark was from other girls that I had met in the industry.
04:49And I just felt like –
04:50It was Mark Spiegler, by the way.
04:51Yes, yes.
04:51People who don't know.
04:52Yes, and I just felt like I needed to, like, do more.
04:56Like, I was like, I need to be, like, two, three years into my career before this man is even going to look at me, you know?
05:00Which, honestly, used to be the case.
05:02Exactly.
05:03He's become a little bit more – I don't want to say lax, but he's definitely, like –
05:08He's opened his horizons a little more.
05:09Yes, he has.
05:10Yes.
05:10But it used to be a lot harder to become a speak local.
05:15Yes.
05:15Yeah.
05:15And so, you know, I was like, well, all right, I guess I'll, like, call.
05:19And then – and George picks up the phone, which I didn't know that there was a George.
05:22Yes.
05:23Because no one told me that part.
05:24Yes.
05:24And so, I think that when I first called, he was a little busy, so he didn't answer.
05:29And when he called me back, I was in the shower, like, crying.
05:33Because there was a lot going on.
05:35And so, you know, obviously, he calmed me down and everything, and they invited me over.
05:40And the day that I went to meet them was, like, Friday the 13th, and it was the day before I was supposed to fly.
05:45Actually, it was the day I was supposed to fly home to Alaska.
05:47I'm weird.
05:47I picked that day because I thought it would be funny.
05:50But then I ended up not flying home that day, and I got signed as a speak local girl.
05:53I spent five hours in his apartment just talking to them about what I wanted with my career, what I needed out of an agent.
06:01And I think just, like, the professionalism that I brought to the table that day is really what secured my spot in the agency.
06:07Because I didn't feel like I was a speak local girl yet, and it took months for me to feel like I even deserved my spot on that roster.
06:14Even now, sometimes I feel like I don't quite fit in.
06:18But, no, it's been good, and it's definitely, you know, I think is the reason why my career was able to go the way that it was.
