00:00Again, Makai's fumble obviously was a huge play on this game.
00:03He walks through the decision to call.
00:05It's a stupid call.
00:07Stupid call.
00:10What was responsible for the struggles of hitting the run tonight?
00:13You know, it was a little different than Illinois.
00:17I didn't feel like, you know, it was a battle, kind of a lot of stalemates at the
00:21line of scrimmage, kind of from what I can see.
00:22I haven't obviously sat and watched the entire tape.
00:25But we, I thought especially, you know, we give up the big one.
00:29We don't stunt to the correct gap on the corner blitz on a very base call for us.
00:33And you give a good player like Love, you know, a huge run, you know, that wasn't a
00:38good start to it.
00:39And I just thought we, I thought we just overcompensated and at times panicked a
00:43little bit where at times, you know, I thought, I thought in the Illinois game when
00:47we didn't defend the run either, you know, we got moved too much.
00:50And this game, again, from the sideline, there was a lot of stalemates, but we had
00:54a lot of guys not stunning into correct gaps or not fitting into correct gaps.
00:58And again, against a really, you know, two really good backs like that, you know,
01:01they're going to make you pay.
01:03We didn't do a good enough job with the ends, setting edges.
01:05And so it just, the execution there was just not good enough.
01:09Excellent.
