00:14L'Oreal will acquire Creed and gain exclusive 50-year beauty and fragrance licenses for Gucci,

00:20Bottega Veneta, and Balenciaga, beginning after existing Cody agreements end.

00:26Creed will join L'Oreal Lux to expand its reach in the global fragrance market,

00:30and the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
