00:20Bottega Veneta, and Balenciaga, beginning after existing Cody agreements end.
00:26Creed will join L'Oreal Lux to expand its reach in the global fragrance market,
00:30and the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
00:35The companies will also form a 50-50 joint venture to develop high-end wellness and longevity experiences.
