00:08The Supreme Electoral Court of Bolivia announced the preliminary official result of the quick count of votes that declared Rodrigo Paz Pereira as the winner of the second presidential round with 54.61% of the valid votes,

00:21while the far-right candidate, Jorge Tuto Quiroga, of the Free Alliance Party, obtained 45.39% of the votes.
