01:26More importantly, it is our weapon against corruption.

01:31As we digitize, we automate our processes, make data and all government transactions seamless, borderless, and transparent.

01:45And we leave no room for scrupulous backdoor transactions.

01:51We take away the power of corrupt leaders to manipulate public funds

01:59and capitalize on people's money for their personal interests, greed, and political ambition.

02:11The welfare of the people is our highest priority.

02:18Technology will be our powerful tool to impose checks and balances, monitor paper trails,

02:28eliminate arbitrary and politically motivated decision-making,

02:35and prevent unconstitutional budget insertions to curry political favor at the expense of the people's money.

02:48If technology is a blessing to modern society,

02:52then let us use it to protect the people's rights and welfare.

02:59The right to have better governance.

03:04The right to have better opportunities in our homeland.

03:08And the strong political will to put our leaders in check

03:14when they have unforgivably gone beyond the authority that the people have vested in them.

03:24Let us use technology and digital transformation as weapons

03:28to close to close the door where corruption when strived unchecked and unpunished.

03:39Our readiness for change brought by digital transformation

03:43will test our capability and agility in embracing technological innovation.

03:51By investing in our people and developing our capacities today,

03:56we can strategically take advantage of future opportunities
