00:00Face-to-face talks between Trump and Putin will take place in Hungary soon,
00:05following that Alaska summit where no agreement was reached at all.
00:10Are there now renewed hopes in Ukraine that President Trump can bring an end to the fighting
00:16and get Russia to come back to the table in negotiations?
00:22Well, it looks like President Trump and his advisers see clearly that it's Russia
00:29that doesn't want to have peace.
00:31But also at the same time, they see that Russia is not that almighty as they try to look.
00:39Again, it was the problems in economy, it was the little success basically on the ground.
00:46It looks like that Russia has to be more realistic with all of these demands in brackets,
00:54what they put into the table.
00:55But what we can tell for sure that Russia is afraid of United States,
01:01is afraid of United States sanctions, and is afraid of the weapons that Ukraine can get from United States.
01:09So hopefully, yes, that Trump will be able to influence Putin.
01:13But also, I think that President Trump, after this geopolitical success in the Middle East,
01:20with Israel and Gaza,
01:24he clearly sees that the next big step would be the end of war,
01:29of aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
