04:35I think, you know, I can say that I believe Ukraine has made some very strong attacks also.

04:46But I think, and he doesn't know me that, but there have been some explosions in various parts of Russia.

04:51And it looks to me like, I don't know, I don't think it came from the Congo.

04:55I don't think it came from the United States of America.

04:59It possibly came from Ukraine.

05:01But I haven't asked that question.

05:03Maybe I won't bother asking.

05:04You know, they have.

05:05They're fighting a war.

05:06And we'll see what happens.

05:08But I believe it's a war that we have two willing parties.

05:14They want to see it end.

05:15The people of Ukraine wanted to end.

05:16And the people of Russia wanted to end.

05:18The two leaders wanted to end.

05:20They wanted to end.

05:21And what, Mr. President, on economic benefits for Ukraine, Europe is holding some billions in frozen Russian assets.

05:27Do you believe that should go to Ukraine to help rebuild or go back to Russia?

05:30None of that's been determined.

05:32But it'll go.
