Deputy Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan has refuted claims of a leadership crisis at the Malaysian Indian Transformation Unit (Mitra), asserting he remains in his role overseeing the special task force and has not replaced P. Prabakaran as chairman.  His statement responds to Friday's media report alleging internal chaos at Mitra, which suggested Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had instructed Ramanan to assume direct leadership of the agency.
