00:00When I look at my life, a chill settles inside me, as if light itself has fled.

00:16The wind is merciless, constantly undoing all my efforts, leaving destruction where I long for progress.

00:23As autumn strips leaves from trees, so too do I fall, drained, powerless, unable to grip onto stability.

00:31My days blur into endless night, untouched by warmth or the promise of a brighter hour.

00:37Confusion fogs my thoughts.

00:40My mind feels heavy and fatigued, searching for clarity that refuses to come.

00:45I stand still, longing desperately for peace, a quiet place where storms cannot touch me, if only for a moment.

00:53But somewhere in my heart, a whisper of hope insists the clouds will eventually drift away.
