Ahead of Diwali, Delhi’s Anand Vihar Railway Station is witnessing a massive festive rush — but this time, the crowd management is exceptional. Large tents have been set up outside the station for passengers to rest, with arrangements for snacks and refreshments. Electric vehicles and wheelchairs are available for elderly and differently-abled passengers. To ensure safety, separate lanes have been created for reserved and unreserved ticket holders, and platform ticket sales have been regulated.
