00:00Coming to you live from the Laughing Monk Studios, you're listening to Stiney and Guru on 95.7 The Game.
00:07All right, we got the new promos working.
00:09You guys got them tomorrow. First appearance, right?
00:12I do read emails, dibbers.
00:15Crossover.
00:16Willing and dibs.
00:17Hey, guys.
00:18Hi, Larry.
00:19I have a cupcake.
00:20How you doing?
00:20Hi, Larry.
00:21Hi, Larry.
00:23Wow, I'm actually upset that you didn't get that reference.
00:27The media Larry Bird.
00:28Yeah.
00:29Oh, yeah.
00:30Oh, yeah.
00:30Hi, Larry.
00:31Will, that's a nine. Shame on us.
00:33Yeah.
00:34Because why am I jealous?
00:35Like, when you got up on your hot streak with, what's that say about me, with your vets?
00:39I didn't like it.
00:40I don't know what it says about you, but we were doing this in the green room, like, of
00:44all the people who've hosted on 95.7 The Game.
00:46Oh, I could go ahead.
00:47Where does Stiney rank, not as a current athlete, but in terms of athletic resume?
00:53And it's easy to go Eric Davis.
00:56Yeah.
00:56That's a great call.
00:57Lorenzo Neal.
00:58No doubt.
00:58Hall of Famer.
01:01Aubrey Huff.
01:02Enough said.
01:02Eight-week run.
01:03World Series hero.
01:04Cool.
01:05Sean O'Connell.
01:06That's a great one.
01:07MMA champ.
01:08Why are you shaking your head?
01:08Why are you shaking your head?
01:09It does count.
01:10Why?
01:10Dude, it counts.
01:11Why does it count?
01:12I don't even know who that is.
01:14I see his eye look like it was about to fall off after a fight.
01:19That man is an absolute savage, and he is an MMA champion, UFC champ.
01:25You said no?
01:25Why doesn't that count?
01:27I don't even know who it is.
01:28It counts.
01:28I don't want to argue with Willard right now.
01:30No, I don't.
01:30What else?
01:31I won't argue.
01:31Dickens after that, though.
01:33I don't even know.
01:33Dibs had to remind you who we walked.
01:35It was his partner.
01:36He had a 10 to 12 show.
01:37I know now.
01:39So then we get down to the fifth place spot, and it comes down to, and it's not me, and
01:44sorry, Goo, and 24-Hour Fitness and all of the accolades that you have there, and your
01:49first pitch where you threw 88, and Bob Melvin loved it, and Mark Willard coming off the bench
01:54shooting jumpers at San Mateo, and me finishing a 50-mile run and qualifying for Western States.
02:03None of that matters.
02:03It comes down to you, and probably Chris Townsend.
02:08Well, that's right.
02:09He played at San Jose State.
02:11Lefty.
02:12He played-ish.
02:13No, he played.
02:14Sure.
02:14I think we're forgetting somebody.
02:16Talk to me.
02:17Somebody just brought him up on the Boxer and Gerson work injury.
02:20No, Bonte.
02:20He turned his text line.
02:22Don't forget Brad Gilbert.
02:24Yeah, but.
02:25He's more of a poppin.
02:27He's a fillin.
02:27Yeah.
02:28Brad Gilbert's a fillin, and I love that from the text line.
02:32No, but he never had a spot.
02:34He never had a shot.
02:35Somebody said Romanowski.
02:37He didn't have a spot.
02:38No, he was a guest.
02:39Name not on the marquee.
02:40I got you.
02:41There you go.
02:41Rod Woodson.
02:42Didn't he?
02:42Name not on the marquee, though.
02:44I'm with you.
02:44No, and famously, we had him on the Jolo and Dibs, and Joe was talking about, hey, you're
02:50in Vegas.
02:51You ever go on hikes?
02:52Like in, you know, up in the Red Rock Canyon?
02:55And he goes, I hike on the streets.
02:58It's one of the great jobs of all time.
03:00Rod Woodson.
03:00I hike on the streets.
03:02But again, he was just a guest, a permanent spot, and like John Feliciano, same thing.
03:08And Greg Cosell today, he's also just a...
03:12Well, I mean, yeah, I can't wait to hear from Greg.
03:14If we're going to do weekly guest spots, I don't know, Steve Kerr used to be a pretty
03:17good NBA player.
03:18Heard of him?
03:19I guess I'd have to give him the pods.
03:21Right.
03:21Brandon Pajanski.
03:22All that.
03:23How about this one?
03:25Look at, he loves this.
03:26Where does this guy even fit in?
03:28Your old partner, Gary Radnich.
03:32Played the UNLV.
03:33I mean, he was clearly on another level than I was.
03:36Clearly on another station also.
03:38Exactly.
03:38And that's where he's a legend.
03:40Yeah, I got you.
03:40He's a legend.
03:41And I mean, the story about him shooting a jumper and running over and getting a drink
03:47of water before going back on defense.
03:49And it's been corroborated.
03:51Is this real?
03:52It's real.
03:53They're saying it's real.
03:54How did you not get yanked out the game?
03:56And because you were Gary Radnich and you were probably putting up 38 before there was
04:00a three-pointer.
04:02And I mean, he was unbelievable.
04:04Super, like, always deferential about his accolades.
04:07Until you called in and praised him.
04:09And then...
04:09He didn't like it.
04:10He wouldn't cut you off.
04:12He wouldn't cut you off.
04:14And then, you know, once you got through it, then he...
04:16Oh, okay.
04:16I mean, that's forever ago.
04:18But that's not the station.
04:19So, anyway, the long story short is...
04:22We're looking for a fifth.
04:23You might be...
04:24That's what we're looking for.
04:24You might be the fifth.
04:25All right.
04:26As far as, like, normal, permanent fixture people and, like, Rick Buecher was here.
04:32And, uh, yo, yo, yo!
04:33Well...
04:34A brand new duty.
04:35He played baseball at Marist.
04:36He said he played at Marist.
04:38Yeah.
04:38Right.
04:39I heard Rick Buecher was in pretty good shape back in the day.
04:41Well, Rick didn't play soccer.
04:43Ask him how good he was at basketball.
04:44I know.
04:45I was listening.
04:46I heard the whole thing.
04:47He got a great personality.
04:49Yeah.
04:49Rick played soccer at Dartmouth, so he...
04:51Okay.
04:52He's got his pedigree.
04:53Put him on the list.
04:53Yeah.
04:53Oh, speaking of filling out a list...
04:56Yeah.
04:56So, we were just shooting the bull about Draymond Green.
04:59And we came up with three guys over his career that he's had trouble, quote-unquote, trouble
05:07with.
05:07Guarding?
05:08Yeah.
05:08Or getting along with?
05:10Guarding.
05:10Okay.
05:10Julius Randle.
05:12Rudy Gobert.
05:13He had trouble with.
05:14Oh, different list.
05:16I'm sorry.
05:16We're going way back with Boris Diaw.
05:18Wow.
05:20Wow.
05:20Then, Siakam...
05:22It's 2019 season, which he acknowledged is good.
05:25Yeah.
05:25I'll put Randle on there for the last series.
05:28Oh, my gosh.
05:28We need one more.
05:29I can't think of another guy that...
05:31Like, gave him trouble.
05:32Yeah.
05:33And Jokic, obviously.
05:34I said Zubac.
05:36Is that fair?
05:36Because they're bigger than...
05:38Yeah, that's fair.
05:39This guy owns the Warriors.
05:41He lives by Shaq when he plays the Warriors.
05:43Every time I play the Clippers, I'm like, man, I wish that guy was a one-poor.
05:47Zubac.
05:47Plus, it's fun to say.
05:49Yeah.
05:49I like saying Zubac.
05:50I love Zubac.
05:51I haven't tried it drunk yet, but it feels like it would go really well.
05:54But you might spit.
05:55Comes out as like Slurbac.
05:57Yeah.
05:58Zubac.
05:59I like that guy.
06:00Yeah.
06:00But I don't know who else, Stiney, and it's hard because Draymond guards one through five,
06:04so at times when he gets matched up with whatever, the new Sacramento King, Russell
06:10Westbrook, yeah, you have a problem with him, but you're not
06:13supposed to be guarding him.
06:14True.
06:15And there you go.
06:16He's saying Kawhi.
06:17Oh, come on.
06:18That's like saying Jordan.
06:19But that's the thing.
06:20I mean, if you have to go to that level of a player...
06:23Jim Barnett said arguably he might be one of the best defenders he's ever seen in his
06:27heyday.
06:27Yeah.
06:28Draymond.
06:28No doubt.
06:29Like Anthony Davis.
06:31He does a pretty good job against him.
06:32No doubt.
06:33He has to be one of the most unique defenders.
06:35Man, there you went.
06:36There's no doubt.
06:37What a world.
06:37I mean...
06:38And I think about Draymond, like, if he would have played during the era of the bad boy Pistons,
06:42for example, where you were just a four.
06:45Like, you go play the four...
06:46I don't know, Dibs.
06:48He could have been Rodman.
06:50Maybe he didn't rebound like Rodman, but he could have played in that era because he
06:55can straight up guard you.
06:56And now, the reason why he's so good now is because you can switch.
07:00Oh, I can guard you.
07:01And you can switch again.
07:02Oh, no.
07:02I can guard you.
07:03That's what he's got.
07:04He can guard everybody.
07:05But even if he had to guard back then, which you didn't switch.
07:08It's like, all right, you're guarding that guy.
07:10He could guard that guy back then, I think.
07:13And the answer's not Sabone.
07:14Is he on...
07:14No, no.
07:15He got him.
07:16Boo!
07:17Yeah, yeah.
07:17And Sabone is turning over.
07:18I'm sorry to change the subject.
07:20We got a monitor on in here, and they're replaying the Tampa Niners game.
07:24Dude, look at that.
07:25Right.
07:26So...
07:26His knee gave out.
07:27I don't remember the highlight of when Mac Jones scrambled to the right, and he gained
07:32about seven yards.
07:33And right before he got to the sideline, there were two defenders there, and they both decided,
07:38you know what, we just kind of feel sorry for this guy.
07:40We're just going to stop.
07:41And then he stops.
07:43And then it just kind of like...
07:44Knee buckles.
07:45Yeah, it buckles, and he just sort of falls, like sort of, now I'm just going to go out
07:49of bounds.
07:50And it just made me think, that Baker Mayfield third and 14 scramble, it does sound
07:57again like...
07:58You see what I'm looking at there?
07:59Yeah.
08:00Did you see that?
08:01Yeah, we said it.
08:01How did you see the banana peel?
08:03No.
08:04Did you see?
08:05It was on the side...
08:06All right.
08:07Never mind.
08:07I'm not going to fall for the banana.
08:09I'm so not.
08:10You're not going to fall for the banana on the sideline.
08:12Yeah, where was it?
08:13Anyway, my point is, you know, thinking of that Baker Mayfield third and 14 scramble,
08:18it sounds like we get Mac Jones probably again this Sunday night, and that's fine.
08:23And Mac's been great, but...
08:25Atlanta can hunt quarterbacks now.
08:26Forget the debate.
08:27Forget all the debate that people are doing.
08:29Just for the scrambling alone with what's going on with the Niner offensive line, aren't
08:35you kind of thirsty for Brock to get back?
08:36I said that to you before they came in.
08:38Just for that alone.
08:40Yeah, no doubt.
08:40Like, forget everything else you want to say about...
08:42The ad-libbing is real, man.
08:44Just like, man, I think that would be a dynamic that would help them right now.
08:47So let me ask you to do this.
08:49The six sacks, Mac, succumb to...
08:52If Brock's back there, do you think that number's two?
08:55No, it's probably still four.
08:57And we had John Feliciano yesterday, and he has the Not My Fault or Not Our Fault podcast,
09:04and it's about offensive linemen and how it's not always their fault.
09:07And he actually was laying out all six, and he's like, you know what?
09:11Two of them were not on the offensive line.
09:12I looked at the film on one of them in the fourth quarter where, you know, McKivitt gets
09:17beat, but Tonjes was supposed to come out and chip the defensive end, and he whiffed
09:22the chip.
09:23So you whiff the chip, and now McKivitt has to, like, bust himself out there.
09:29I almost went full Feliciano there.
09:31He has to bust his hump out there, and he gets beat because there was supposed to be
09:35a chip there, and there was no chip, and now it's on McKivitt's.
09:38But, you know, a lot of the other ones, and we talked to him about Dominic Poonie, and
09:43I asked him about offensive linemen and slumps, and he's like, yeah, they do slump, and he
09:48is actually slumping.
09:50And I know he's hurt.
09:51Poonie is.
09:52Whatever.
09:52They're all hurt.
09:53But fourth and one where you're going to go for it, and he twitches, and he leans forward,
09:58false start.
09:59He just, that's the killer.
10:00That's the one that's all mental.
10:02He's so, like, revved up to make a play because he knows he's not having a good year.
10:06And so now I'm going to fire out.
10:08I want to make sure I do something here.
10:10And he went out.
10:11He twitched, and now it's fourth and six, and you lose.
10:13He felt awful about it, too.
10:15He slammed the ground.
10:17Oh, totally.
10:17He slammed the ground.
10:18I mean, you're spot on, but I'm going to still say, like, that could also be because
10:25of whatever he's dealing with with his knee.
10:28Like, if I feel like I'm not 100% and I need a head start in order to beat someone, that
10:37can cause the twitch.
10:39So, like, again, he's got to do it.
10:41You're right.
10:42Everybody's hurt.
10:43So, you have to play hurt.
10:45You have to still be effective.
10:46This is big boy football.
10:48But I don't know.
10:49I don't know yet, I guess, if he's slumping.
10:52I don't know if Dominic Poonie was just, you know, the lead.
10:55He's not having last year's year through six games.
10:57No, no, no.
10:57But my point is, I don't know if he's slumping or if he's just not himself.
11:02Because Stine and I were talking about, and I'll say it, I'm over the Mack Jones.
11:07He's been great.
11:08I want to see Brock now.
11:10And is it something where you just x-ray the toe, which I told Stine, I'm no doctor.
11:15I think they wish it were that.
11:17Then they can say, hey, you're ready to go.
11:18Go out there.
11:19Or is it Willard and Dibs?
11:21How do you feel?
11:23We'll supersede the medical, which can never tell you what's going on inside.
11:26So how much if this is verbal from Brock, I think I can go, not this week, next week.
11:32And then they go, okay, you go out there.
11:34I just think that's where we're at with this injury.
11:37I think everybody is on the exact same page, Brock included.
11:40And as annoying as it is, it has to be governed solely by, are you 100%?
11:46Wow.
11:47Like, are you 100%?
11:49He may think he is.
11:50Like, we all talk about, ooh, trade deadline.
11:54Yeah, they're not set up for a Super Bowl run, but they are 4-2.
11:58You've got to bolster that.
11:59All right, if you're worried about the rest of your season at all, and we are, then why?
12:03I'm not pushing Brock to a spot where you might lose him for six more weeks.
12:10I wouldn't do that.
12:11But I don't think they're going to do that.
12:12You're listening to 95.7 The Game, KGMZ-FM, and HD1 San Francisco, an Odyssey sports station,
12:18always live on the free Odyssey app, and now broadcasting from the Laughing Monk studios.
12:23One of the, like, it's not a comparison, really, but I was thinking about Steph Curry in the Minnesota series.
12:29So he gets hurt in Game 1, and then they play, you know, Game 2, 3, 4.
12:36If you remember, Game 6 was three days after Game 5.
12:40Yep.
12:40And they were saying, if there's a Game 6, he could play.
12:44Right?
12:45Might be able to play.
12:47But he didn't play Game 5.
12:51So, like, I've got to believe they weren't going to let him play no matter what.
12:57Even if he said, I feel good, they were probably like, no, this is too early of a timetable for this injury.
13:04You know what I mean?
13:04You're talking about Game 5 or Game 6?
13:06Game 5.
13:06Game 5.
13:07Yeah.
13:08If he said, I can go, I would have said, they're going to let you go.
13:12Gosh.
13:14You know, it's different than when KD tried to do it.
13:16Man, man.
13:17Because that was, you know, that was the end.
13:19That was like, let's see if we can, let's see if we can get this across the goal line.
13:22This is only round two.
13:24Plus, I don't know, man.
13:26It's also, in a short number of years, I think it's a different world.
13:32The NBA now is so strategic about player health that you've seen them.
13:39Like, think about, remember that week when they had that homestand and everyone's like, these games are huge.
13:44And Steph had a bad game and Giannis and Milwaukee were coming the next night.
13:47Steve just walked up to his locker and goes, you're spent and you're out tomorrow night.
13:51And we were like, how?
13:53Like, we got out of this game.
13:55Like, no, no.
13:56They're very stubborn about their investments.
14:00Evan and I got in a little spat, Dibs, just a couple seconds ago.
14:03It wasn't a bad one.
14:04He blamed Kyle for basically blame Kyle for bringing Brock back too soon against Jacksonville and re-aggravating the injury.
14:13And all I said was I took a step back.
14:15I think, one, that's unfair, and two, how much of Brock saying, hey, Dibs, I think I can coach Dibs, I think I can go.
14:22I don't think you can double back and tell the coach at that point you're responsible for his bad play and re-aggravating the injury.
14:29I think this is just part of the experience.
14:31For me, it's the medical team.
14:32And the medical team looks at it, and they're going to look at it again, you know, heading up to Sunday.
14:37And right now, I guess Mack is doing a little bit better than Brock is.
14:40Brock is, and so, like, Mack's not great, Brock's not great, but whoever is closer to being okay, they'll get the start.
14:48And if neither one is, they'll go to Adrian Martinez.
14:50But the reality is that it's the medical team that looks at it and says, you know what, yeah, we'll give them the...
14:56But it's not a broken bone now, Dibs.
14:58It's a soft tissue.
14:59It is.
15:00Well, it's actually not soft tissue, and I heard you guys earlier.
15:03Well, and I wanted to, like, clarify this for you, Stiney, because you're not a doctor.
15:08And for me, there are four different types of injuries, and you can talk about what's soft tissue and what's not.
15:14But you've got bones.
15:16When you break a bone, that's a bone.
15:18You've got a muscle.
15:20That's soft tissue.
15:21The hamstring muscle, the groin muscle.
15:24Give me tendon now.
15:25The pec muscle.
15:26The tendon is the tendon, and the ligament's the ligament.
15:29Ligament, tendon, muscle, bone.
15:33So when you're dealing with a thing like turf toe, which is a ligament, it's not the bone.
15:37It's the ligament that goes from the toe to the foot.
15:40That's what this is.
15:42And Joe, not Joe Flacco, I'm sorry, Joe Burrow, the ligament was so bad, surgery.
15:47Three months, boom.
15:48That was an easy call for them.
15:50They looked at it, and they're like, whoa, boy.
15:52This ligament, not the bone, not a bone, the ligament is so bad, surgery.
15:58And this is where Brock Purdy, it gets to be a little bit gray, because is it grade one?
16:02Is it grade two?
16:03And it gets better.
16:04The ligament, and so you try it.
16:06That's the thing.
16:07Are either of your sons thinking about having kids anytime soon?
16:10I would hope not.
16:13I would expect not.
16:14And if my daughter's thinking about that?
16:16That's a problem.
16:17She's only three.
16:18Yeah.
16:18I've never met someone more ready to be a grandparent before he's a grandparent in my
16:24entire life.
16:25That's why I'm a grandpa daddy.
16:26Yeah.
16:26Like, you are so ready to just sit there and correct people with innocuous information.
16:33I'm not trying to correct Steini.
16:35No, I'm just, it's not even a criticism.
16:37I just, you're.
16:37Steini made a call for help earlier.
16:39Yes.
16:39And he said, give me Pandia for an hour.
16:41But you gave me, you gave me, you just gave me my grandma vibes.
16:47My grandma used to, it was like, we were not allowed to leave the house if I said me
16:51and Jenny are going to the store.
16:52Right.
16:52She would say, Jenny and who?
16:54And I would say, me and Jenny.
16:55And she would say, Jenny and who?
16:56And I'd say, me and Jenny.
16:58Oh boy.
16:58Jenny and who?
16:59Right.
17:00And she'd do that until I said Jenny and I.
17:03She would not, you couldn't leave the house.
17:05And I'm like, man.
17:06Grandparents, man.
17:07I'm not trying to browbeat people.
17:09I'm just trying to help all of us in the room to understand, like, the idea of a soft
17:15tissue injury.
17:15Is not the ligament under the toe you're saying.
17:17I don't believe so.
17:18Like, for me, a soft tissue injury, the way I perceive it is an oblique muscle, a hamstring
17:25muscle, a groin muscle, a pectoralis muscle.
17:29That's the way I perceive soft tissue injury.
17:32I believe she also should have said, and I thought this granny said, she should have
17:37said, and whom?
17:39Right.
17:40Well, not and whom.
17:41Oh, wow.
17:42Grandma been slipping.
17:44Now I'm going to have to go to Coleman and talk to her in the grave.
17:47Oh, man.
17:48I was like, she's still with you.
17:50She's snoring.
17:51I was like, she'd be on the Today Show if she was still here.
17:58Well, the reason that came up on the quarterback was just, you know, I was saying, you know,
18:03obviously, there's some people have, Kyle has his detractors.
18:08AI disagrees with you.
18:10That's fine.
18:11Now, AI is often wrong.
18:12He go for the win.
18:14AI says soft tissue refers to muscles, tendons, ligaments, fat, skin, nerves, blood vessels,
18:21and fascia, everything outside of a bone.
18:23But the way that we use it in terms of a colloquialism, the slang, the jargon, we in the media and we
18:32as fans, we think about soft tissue injuries as groin, hamstring, oblique, the muscles.
18:40I don't think that many people think about a ligament or a tendon.
18:43Of course, that is soft tissue.
18:44It's not a bone.
18:46Literally, the only injury, the only part of our body that is not soft tissue is our bones.
18:52Our, like, Jawan Jennings, five broken ribs.
18:55That's not a soft tissue injury, bro.
18:57No.
18:57You've got five broken ribs.
18:59So the ligament is a soft tissue injury.
19:00Right, but we don't think about it in those terms.
19:03So as we talk about it.
19:03I don't think about it in any terms.
19:05I've never thought about this before in my life.
19:07Because you don't think about it in medical terms as the doctors and I do.
19:11And those of us who are radio doctors.
19:13I don't know the Cleveland Clinic.
19:14This is now non-AI.
19:16The Cleveland Clinic says soft tissue is any non-hardened tissue.
19:19And I got that from Lowe.
19:21Including skin, fat, fascia, muscles, and other soft connective tissues.
19:27Of course.
19:27Like ligaments and tendons.
19:28But the slang and the jargon among sports fans, when you think about soft tissue injuries,
19:34you think about groin and hamstrings.
19:36No, I think about anything that's not Juwan's ribs.
19:39My mind is making stuff up.
19:40You don't think about it.
19:41No, no.
19:41I'm reading the chat.
19:43No, it's fine.
19:44I'm not making anything up.
19:45I understand what injuries are.
19:47Okay.
19:47Most of you, 99% of you, you've got no idea.
19:50I believe it.
19:51I spent 13 years in college.
19:52I never went to medical school.
19:54And I know more than all of you.
19:55And that's fine.
19:56The essence of this was they can't x-ray the toe and say, oh, you're better.
20:00We don't need to ask you.
20:02It's a gray area because it's a soft tissue.
20:04It would be an MRI, honestly.
20:06And you could MRI it every day.
20:08And you could look and say, ooh, it's getting better.
20:10And then he can run around like he did when he played.
20:13And ooh, boy, it got worse.
20:15So, I mean, if you want to, like, wait until it gets better, better,
20:19you might be waiting until December or March.
20:21It sounds like the bottom line, Dibs, is the original soft tissue injury
20:27was just a soft tissue injury.
20:30That's great.
20:31That's from the text line.
20:32So, he's going to have to play with pain, I believe, if he's ever going to play again.
20:37I mean, probably.
20:38And he's going to play again, Will.
20:39Like, this ain't going away, I don't believe.
20:41Oh, I don't know about that.
20:43I mean, there are levels to this.
20:44I know everybody, like, we've decided over the last five weeks that turf toe has gone
20:49from turf toe now to, like, your head being decapitated.
20:52Let's out told the morning, Joe.
20:53I know.
20:54Yeah, you heard it.
20:54That would be a hard tissue injury, by the way.
20:57It's actually both.
20:57But anyway, like, yeah, like, I know that there are three different grades to this,
21:03to turf toe.
21:05And in fact, what we were told at the beginning of this was that it was a variant.
21:09We still haven't even, no one with the Niners has ever specifically said this is turf toe.
21:15Remember that?
21:16Kyle didn't say that.
21:17So, all I'm saying is, and I'm sure it is some level of turf toe, but I don't,
21:22I'm not going to now jump to this is going to dog him for the rest of his career.
21:26No, no, no.
21:27Like, a lot of dudes have had turf toe, and then they come back and it's never heard of
21:30from again.
21:31And what was the initial thing from Ian Rappaport was two to five weeks.
21:35Remember?
21:35And he sat two, and he came back, and now he has sat three more or two more.
21:41How many more games did he miss?
21:41And this would be three more, I think.
21:43Yeah, he missed the Ram game.
21:44Yeah, so if he misses this one, yes.
21:46Right.
21:47Three, three more.
21:47I mean, two to five, turns out it was two, and then it might be five.
21:51So it might be two and five.
21:53Two and five.
21:53Not two to five, it might be two and five.
21:55Second and five.
21:56Right.
21:57Nice.
21:58I mean, yeah, and third and Juwan, and maybe they should think about dealing him, Stiney.
22:02Maybe you should talk about, like, selling at the deadline.
22:05Not buying.
22:06Let's look to sell.
22:07Well, that's why you've got to wait two or three more games.
22:10They don't have anyone to sell.
22:11Wow.
22:11Three's the most.
22:12Juwan.
22:13They're not going to sell.
22:14They don't have anyone to sell.
22:15Juwan.
22:16Yeah, that's a – who – I love this concept that somebody out there is like, I know who
22:22is going to put us over the top.
22:24The rental wide receiver that runs a 4-7 and has three different injuries that he just told
22:30the whole world about.
22:31I'm like, who wants that guy?
22:33Well, the Niners went out and bought Brian Robinson Jr., and they don't play him, and
22:38they – he don't get –
22:39They sent Washington trinkets for him, so you can –
22:42Trinkets.
22:43Like, you can get trinkets back for a guy who, honestly, in four or five weeks when Ricky
22:48Pearsall is – sorry.
22:50I'm so mad.
22:50He's still out, man.
22:52Disappointment.
22:53That's the – yeah, that's the –
22:54Your 1,000-yard prediction is not looking great.
22:56Wow, wow.
22:57That's the –
22:57Oh, it was looking great.
22:58It's just fine.
22:59What do you mean?
23:00Just fine.
23:00Because he needs 600 more yards.
23:02You could do that in seven weeks if you're –
23:04But he's got to get back.
23:04Can he do it in two weeks?
23:05Yes, okay.
23:06Right.
23:06Are you predicting he's out until week 15 now?
23:09I'm predicting he's out until probably the bye week.
23:13Really?
23:14He has a PCL week 14.
23:16What would make you think that?
23:17That's a long time from now.
23:19I'm listening.
23:19Let's think about Christian McCaffrey last year.
23:21He hurt his PCL and –
23:23That was not – that was the second injury, not the first.
23:25But the PCL is what cost him the rest of the year.
23:28The rest of the year, because it was late.
23:29And Pearsall's got a PCL.
23:31But they were in the midst of a lost season.
23:34There was no reason to rush him back.
23:36Right.
23:36They were out of the race.
23:37And how's Ricky's rehab going?
23:39I have no idea.
23:40He's not even out there.
23:41Man.
23:41I don't know.
23:42They're clearly –
23:43The practice report is –
23:45Yeah, no.
23:46I don't know –
23:46He's out today.
23:47Yeah.
23:48I don't know why I would predict December when a week ago Kyle was like,
23:52we thought he'd be here this week.
23:53Like, why would that now jump to Christmas?
23:56Well, I mean, it's before Christmas.
23:58The bye.
23:59December.
23:59But, like –
24:00Yep.
24:00Yep.
24:00Yeah.
24:01Anyway.
24:01You've got to let that play out.
24:03That's a hell of a joke.
24:03You've got to let it play out.
24:04You've got to let it play out.
24:05You're looking at a situation where he hasn't really been able to, like, ramp up.
24:09And Ayuk is –
24:10Ayuk is ramping up.
24:11And Kittle is maybe getting closer.
24:14And Purdy, who knows?
24:15But, I don't know.
24:16I look at this season, and if you lose two or three more in a row, then why rush him back?
24:21Can I –
24:22Can we cut to the chase?
24:24When's Cosell on?
24:253 –
24:263.15.
24:27Oh, you were going to say, like, he's always on.
24:30No, no, no.
24:30I always get confused because we have Schleroth on Tuesdays at 3.
24:34Stink.
24:34And Greg is on Wednesday at 3.15.
24:37And I can't ever remember which is which.
24:39But, yes, his clown-nosed laugh will be here in exactly an hour.
24:44And that is not something to be missed.
24:47And one thing before you sign off.
24:49We all know the Dodgers are winning it, right?
24:51I've already come to –
24:52It's filthy.
24:54It's nasty.
24:54What did I tell you yesterday?
24:56I'll bet that you did.
24:57You told us.
24:58I did Weston, Kentucky.
25:00I mean –
25:00At least the former Giants getting it done, right, Mark?
25:03Dude, how funny.
25:03Did you hear what he said?
25:04No.
25:05Did you hear what he said?
25:06He credited Logan Webb for how he's pitching this year.
25:09Did he say that?
25:09No joke.
25:10He said that year, and I think he said San Fran again for the 88th time.
25:14My man finessing the hole.
25:15He said that year in San Fran is when I finally learned how to pitch.
25:20Two-time Cy Young Award winner said that last year was the year –
25:25And what he meant by that –
25:26He's incredible.
25:27No, because you know how he would always go five.
25:29He was a five-and-dive guy.
25:31And now he's going seven or eight.
25:32And he's crediting Logan Webb.
25:34There's only one way to finish the show today, and that is Blake Snell stinks.
25:39He's a pastor and a families.
25:40And this ischlossse.
25:41And now he's going seven.
25:42I know.
25:43He has to sit an ever-hand.
25:44He has to sit very early.
25:46He dismissed, and he thumbs up by that house.
25:49For me, I literally laughed at questions and answers.
25:51What.
25:52What do you think that happened before the bottom because the spring wins,
25:56and they were still taking advantage.
25:58So, I don't see you in the count of Man autonomic계.
