00:00This is our 21st store here in the UK and we are extremely excited for this new opening.
00:17Birmingham is the second laundry city in the UK and it's been a long time coming.
00:21We had customers clamoring for us to open in here and we just couldn't wish for a better location.
00:28We are here in the Bullring, the centre of the city.
00:32Birmingham is such a vibrant, culturally interesting, diverse place and we've really designed a store that reflects that spirit
00:41and we really hope that customers will enjoy as much as we did creating it.
00:45I think from the beginning, from the planning to the realisation, it is about half a year.
00:54Amazing. And what sorts of things can people see on the mural?
00:58So it's a combination of different cultures, daily objects and nature that we can find in Vermont.
01:05The concept of the mural is actually inspired by a Japanese legend, the Night Parade of 100 spirits.
01:12We really want to have the connections between Japan and British city in Birmingham.
01:19Most of the things that we can find in the city centre like the Bonaventure, the Penn Museum,
01:25there are lots of heritage that we can find in Birmingham that we want to incorporate most of these things we can find in Birmingham.
