00:15It was a simple request from the CPS. All they had to do was say yes and describe China as a threat and the prosecution would have gone ahead.
00:22And somebody in government decided not to give the CPS what they needed.
00:25And I want to know who. Can't we at least know that? Who decided to not give them what they needed and to cause this trial to collapse?
