00:12In a statement, it said if such content is uploaded, members of the public are advised to immediately delete it.
00:18MCMC said the act of distributing pictures or videos of the victim not only violates the privacy and dignity of the families involved, but also undermines the ongoing police investigation.
00:30MCMC also warned that action could be taken over the distribution of such content under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
00:40According to the police, the student, a girl in Form 3, was stabbed multiple times by the 14-year-old perpetrator at a female toilet at SMK Bandar Utama Damansara 4 yesterday.
00:51Police arrested the suspect and confiscated two sharp weapons, while the motive for the murder is still under investigation.
